Welcome to our little piece of paradise. Enjoy your morning coffee or tea overlooking stunning views of Okanagan Lake. This condominium is situated on a lakefront property with direct access to the lake. The unit is on the top floor of a tasteful, modern, Italian style luxury resort which boasts unobstructed views of Lake Okanagan, the heated pool below and the surrounding mountains. It is beautifully furnished and supplied with all the comforts for a relaxing enjoyable holiday.

The location is perfect for anyone looking to enjoy golf, boating, wineries, gourmet eating and is located in an eco-protected area surrounded by vineyard and orchards, making it a perfect location for long walks, biking and running.

(Please note, rules for the entire property at Barona Beach are that visiting guests are not permitted to bring pets and there is no smoking. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8 am. Guests are responsible for following all Barona Beach rules as outlined in the guest book. Guests violating these rules will be fined by the strata and charged to the visiting guests.)

Security or Damage Deposit:
A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 CAD is due immediately.

Pet Policy, Deposit and Fees:
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies.
NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Lake Okanagan is less than a 1 minute walk from the property without crossing a road. The coarse sand beach gradient is gradual for a short distance.

Beautiful Property
