The Large Great room has cathedral celing and encompasses the living room, formal dining area is off the kitchen. separate dining room off the kitchen that over looks the pool. Great room has silders leading to the lanai and pool deck area.The master bedroom has a king bed, master suite, walk in shower. Sliders lead out the the lanai & pool. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a bathroom, walk in shower. 3rd bedroom has twin beds. This home has cable TV, high speed internet and phone. A fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave. Separate Laundry room with washer, dryer and Iron & ironing board. All linenns, towels and pool towels are provided.
The 50 foot Caged Pool deck has a Soler and Electric heated pool. The covered lanai has a Patio table and 6 chairs, 2 chaises and a gas barbecue.
The home is just 10 minutes from the local beaches at Englewood and Boca Grande Island. There are 7 public beaches within 7 miles with first class salt water fishing and water sports facilities all in easy to reach.In addition, there are 8 public golf courses within 5 miles.
