It has a fully equipped open kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, convection oven, fridge, stove and cooking utensils. It offers a a living room with tv and double sofa bed, a master bedroom with queen bed, bathroom with shower towels, soap and hair dryer, a lovely balcony off of the dining area provides outdoor seating with a palm studded view of Hollywood, leafy backyard with BBQ & gazebo and outdoor seating in our bamboo filled garden with fountain.

I purchased this property in 2007, to fill a gap in the accommodations that would allow guests coming to L.A. and Hollywood to feel at home and enjoy living like a local whilst visiting all the amazing attractions this city and especially this neightborhood-the best known in the world- has to offer. I worked in the hotel industry for 15 years, and was finally able to develop my own property and run it with quality service and offer a prime location to guests.

This is your home away from home with four 1 and 2 bedroom apartment units offered making this the perfect Hollywood location for the best known iconic destination in the world. Convenient, walkable and close to all the attractions, yet situated on a quiet hill just off Hollywood boulevard. All the conveniences of a hotel and comfort of your own home.
What makes this property unique
Uniquely located on a quiet street, off of Hollywood boulevard, in the center and within walkable distance of all the Hollywood main attractions. One of the few locations in L.A. where you don't need a car to get to the grocery store, movie theatres, lively, eclectic bars and restaurants. The W Hotel and its spectacular rooftop bar is just across the street and open to the public. The Pantages theatre, showcasing all the Broadway hit shows is just next door.
