Mariposa Blanca Playa Lajas Large Modern Beach House
Mariposa Blanca is a large modern beach house located directly on the beautiful Las Lajas Beach.
Our home, La Mariposa Blanca, is a spacious three bedroom beach front house. It features a unique plan by an award winning Panamanian architect with a passion for modern design . The home includes a large infinity pool, and a private access to the spectacular 14km long Las Lajas beach. La Mariposa Blanca features a fully equipped interior kitchen as well as an out-door kitchen / BBQ area, a huge upper balcony as well as a lower pool deck and covered terrace with dining and lounging areas. All three bedrooms and the great room feature air conditioning and overhead fans and fans are also installed on the lower covered terrace. The ten person dining table as well as the beds, desktop and accent furniture were created by a Panamanian craftsman from local tropical hard wood.

this place is fantastic the views are incredible i nodded out several times with the soothing sound of the ocean not one mosquito bite after diving in the ocean waves went back to the house rinsed off and relaxed in the pool highly recommend this panamanian paradise

Beautiful & Quiet
It was a beautiful home in the middle of nowhere. It is an 1 hour flight from Panama City and about an hour drive from Airport David. Once you are there it is so peaceful and self contained. Right on the beach of the Pacific Ocean and a cute little beach club down the road. Great set up for BBQ and swimming in the pool. Perfect for a quiet getaway with family. The host was helpful and quick to respond. My boys learned how to surf here.

Beautiful home and beautiful view!
Driving up to the home, it’s breathtaking! We enjoyed daily morning coffee walking by the beach. The home is beautiful, spacious and had lots of extras to enjoy during our stay. Our kids enjoyed the beautiful pool daily, it was cleaned once while we were there.
The landscape was well maintained & full of flowers, coconuts and felt very private.
Maria, the property manager, was wonderful! She told us great places to eat, helped us arrange a water taxi for the most epic day visiting beaches off Boca Chica! We had an issue at the house arise, and she did her best to help resolve. As well as, the owner was very kind to work with while resolving the issue we experienced.
