Excellent Building facing the sea, suitable for the elderly, with access ramp and adapted elevators and is fully furnished and fully equipped for 8 people, balcony, 3 large bedrooms and 1 suite, 2 rooms with perfect air conditioning. 2 large living rooms, granite table, microwave, kitchen with hob, duplex refrigerator, fridge support for gallon of mineral water, all utensils. 2 TVs, cable, WIFI released.
The 2 granite bathrooms, large boxes, luxury shower. Hygienic and well maintained. Condominium with security by cameras and 24-hour concierge, 2 covered parking spaces, 1 adult and 1 children's pool, sauna, shuttlecock, games room, mini-play. Fully Familiar. Facing Quiosques Square, quiet, illuminated at night, wide and all urbanized. At night, popcorn maker, very good frequency, cheerful. On the beach promenade, at 50mts. In front of the building there are the best kiosks in Cabo Frio.
We do not have bedding, bath and pillows.
We are facilitating payment for 10 days up to 3 times.

Apartamento bem grande e confortável, muito bem localizado, fica perto de tudo dos quiosques da feirinha , só atravessar a avenida e já está na praia, proprietário Sr. Gleber muito atencioso e prestativo, super recomendo!
