This particular modern and luxurious summer house of 320m2 , previously named Villa Irene, is conveniently located within walking distance from all beautiful beaches of Vourvourou, like Karid beach , Favas beach and many other sandy beaches with clear blue waters. The center of Vourvourou can be easily reached on foot, since restaurants, pizzerias, wafle and burger houses, water sport stores and boat rentals are in 200m . In fact, our area is well known for its “blue lagoon” waters , annually visited by many celebrities including the English Royal Family.
This imposing house is surrounded by 6,500m2 land property ensuring absolute privacy and quiet. The house was designed and decorated by the owners with great love and attention to detail .
More specifically, on the ground floor there is a 60 m2 living room and dining area, a kichen and a bathroom. There is also a guest room of 35 m2 with its own bathroom and fridge .It can accomodate four persons , has a separate entrance and communicates with the main house.
On the first floor there is a deluxe double bedroom with a 60 m2 private terrace and two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, perfect for a family and another bedroom with two single beds and a single sofa bed. There is also a large bathroom and another 35 m2 terrace.
The basement, (120m2) , offers a huge play area with board games and the latest technology high-end , Dolby surround 5.1 home cinema with 150inches screen, supporting Netflix , PlayStation and a hard drive with many movies and series. An ideal way to relax in hot summer evenings in a cool environment or during a rainy day. There is also a romantic double room with a private newly renovated bathroom . This room is ideal for couples who wish to have more privacy.
All the furniture is custom-made with attention to detail and the kitchen is fully equipped. The electric appliances and all the materials used are of best quality to ensure luxurious holidays to the discerning guests. All rooms are air conditioned. The bedsheets are of high quality cotton and satin. All mattresses are anatomic with variety of soft and harder ones. We also have a variety of pillows hard, soft, medium and anatomic ones for people with problems with their neck. There is strong Wi-Fi signal on all three floors with different wi-Fi devices to ensure that Internet connection is rapid at all times.This house is ideal for couples or families who wish to spend luxurious holidays, and enjoy moments of relaxation under the Mediterranean sun or the night sky.
Both terraces on the first floor ( 95 square meters total) ensure absolute privacy and are perfect for unique private sunbathing or even naturism , as they cannot be reached by indiscreet eyes .
The outdoor sofas , BBQ area and facilities can accommodate anything from dinner parties to a quiet drink in nature or even playful moments with board games. There is also a 12m2 tranquil wooden relaxation/ meditation area for the ones who enjoy contact with nature and appreciate some quality time on their own. The property surrounding the house , beautifully lit at night looks like a park and offers shade and a plethora of activities for all tastes .
