This professionally decorated four-bedroom/three-bathroom townhome has all the essentials for a relaxing and comfortable stay! Enjoy a living room and dining room space ample enough for the whole family. The open kitchen is stocked with state-of-the-art appliances for your use throughout your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are also at the home, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your trip. Downstairs you have a bedroom with a queen bed and attached bath. Upstairs you have a Harry Potter themed bedroom with a full bed and bunkbed, a Minions themed bedroom with a bunkbed and full bed, and the master bedroom with king bed and attached bath. Out on the patio, your own private swimming pool with spa awaits you! Take a dip and grill poolside for some fun in the sun. Optional add-ons for your stay: you can request to have the pool heated for an additional cost of $70 per 5 nights. Each additional 5 nights stayed would be an additional $70 for pool heat. We also have grills available for rental for $50 based on availability. This home is pet friendly. We do not charge a pet fee however pets are prohibited from being on furniture or beds. A pet cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to the card on file for any violations to this rule.

Please note that check in information should begin to arrive the day before scheduled check in with the final details such as door code to access property arriving the morning of scheduled check in.

Once you’ve explored the home, head over to the Oasis Club for more fun! With your reservation, you are granted complimentary access to the resort’s amenities such as a lazy river, water park with slides, volleyball courts, an arcade, gym, and so much more! The Championsgate community is also surrounded by several restaurants and shopping centers for all your needs. Please keep in mind we provide a few toiletries to get you started for your stay, however any additional items would need to be purchased yourself.
