Escape to our beautifully renovated traditional island house, set in a private 850m² shaded garden. Updated this year, our home combines modern comfort with Cycladic charm. Located just 800 meters from the beach, this property offers breath-taking sea views and the unique experience of staying on one of Greece's most picturesque and undiscovered islands.

The Space
This spacious home features three elegant master bedrooms, each designed to ensure privacy and comfort with en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, there are four modern bathrooms equipped with contemporary amenities for your convenience. The house includes two versatile dining areas, allowing you to enjoy meals indoors or under the stars, with a wonderful monastery table perfect for large gatherings. Bright and airy spaces are flooded with natural light through expansive windows, and the house offers multiple cozy areas for dining, lounging, and unwinding.
The layout is designed for privacy, with various levels and thoughtfully planned spaces. The ground floor includes two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, each with separate entrances, a spacious living room, a guest bathroom, and the main kitchen. Outside, the garden area offers lovely shaded spots and outdoor showers, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach. A few steps down, the second kitchen and dining room provide additional space for cooking and gathering. The first floor hosts the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a large veranda with stunning sea views.
Decorated in a classic Cycladic colour palette with a touch of rustic minimalism, the house invites relaxation and comfort. The shaded garden area and lovely veranda accessible from the living room offer perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the scenery.

Located in the charming village of Aghios Ioannis, our retreat is close to the island's most stunning beaches. Just a short walk away, you’ ll find two mini markets, a variety of tavernas, and the renowned Veranda, a top traditional eatery just 150 meters from our home.
Ideal for travellers seeking both relaxation and adventure, Tinos offers a variety of beaches, charming villages, and diverse landscapes to explore.

This is a wonderful Vila

We stayed two nights and three days with my family. The view is beautiful, the host Niko was very polite, gave us warm welcome and answered all of our questions. There is near by restaurant and very convenient. It is a seven minutes drive from the center, I will stay in this place again when I visit Tinos in my next trip.
