The pool is heated from June 1 - September 30 free of charge.3 Night minimum stay.There are 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin room within the villa, all furnished to the highest standard with large, comfortable beds, ample storage space and wide open windows that allow you an unfiltered view over your surrounding areas. There are also 3 luxury bathrooms within the villa with modern power showers and Jacuzzi baths.You are allowed full privacy with Villa Dubrovnik with the luscious surroundings creating a barrier against the outside world. Out on the terrace, you will be able to enjoy the Mediterranean sunshine on the large sunbathing space and cool down in the private swimming pool. The palm trees surrounding the villa provide shade from the heat, which you’ll appreciate in the warmer Dubrovnik months. There is also ample dining space out on the terrace, so you can enjoy dinner al fresco and surrounded by the beautiful Croatian countryside. A sheltered seating area provides opportunity to escape the heat and relax in luxury.
For those looking to explore Dubrovnik and its picturesque countryside or mysterious caves, there is the option to rent a car, speedboat or even a yacht for an additional price.Maintenance of the garden and pool is included in the price.
