Just an hour from downtown Dallas, Cedar Creek Lake is the perfect getaway for your family/friends to spread out on almost an acre of land with sweeping lake views. Whether you bring your own water toys or rent them from nearby Lone Star Marina (best selection of boats/jet skis rentals on the lake), we offer guests the use of our lifejackets. This 3600+ sq ft. "lakey" waterfront home has 6 bedrooms (including bunkroom equipped with 2 fulls and 4 twins), 5 bathrooms, laundry room and 2 living areas spread over 3 levels. The house has 3 master bedrooms with king-sized beds. The other 2 bedrooms have a King and Queen respectively and share a bath. The bunkroom (bottom level) has its own bathroom for all the kids. There are 65" Smart TV's in the upstairs living room, downstairs living room and on the patio. There are also smaller Smart TV's in all 3 master bedrooms. You are welcome to use your own login to any app that you subscribe to. And if you don't have any subscriptions, you can stream DIRECTV using our login. The house comes equipped with everything you'll need for a great vacation including a pool that can be heated in the Fall/Spring and chilled in the Summer (details upon request). The 600+ sq ft patio is a great place to watch the kids play in the pool. Connect your phone to the bluetooth speakers recessed into the ceiling to stream your favorite tunes. Sports enthusiasts will love the basketball court which also doubles as a modified pickleball court (we have the net, paddles & balls) or competing in a ping-pong tournament. The indoor enthusiasts will enjoy puzzles, games, X-Box or watching a movie from our large DVD library. At night, grab a drink, gather around the fire pit down by the water and chinwag under the stars. No need to bring wood....cause we got plenty. Walk/run the loop (.75 miles) or go out to the tree and back (1.6 miles). Want privacy ??? This property is one of few on the lake that is well-buffered from the neighbors...so turn up the music, let the kids run wild and if you're lucky, you just might catch a fireworks show.
