This is a Comfy, unique, “Modern~Chic” style home. It has an “artsy” feel coupled with a resort pool/spa backyard. This is a definite boutique style getaway! It’s 1535 sf, with vaulted ceilings and an open/split floor plan. The yard is very private to enjoy with no worries of neighbors. My home features 3 bedrooms. The master has dual vanity sink, large walk-in closet (It has French doors opening to the backyard/pool). The second has a King bed, walk-in closet and its own bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed with ample closet space. Each room has its own smart TV. The pool can be heated (pool heat $50 up to 85) must be heated min. 3 days) and the yard is fenced and fur baby friendly (approved pet fee is $100 per pet). Pets not allowed in pool. There is ample parking for your toys in the 52 ft. boat deep garage.
Enjoy quality beds and linens, the well-appointed kitchen and laundry room.
Internet, and a 60” smart TV in the living room.
It’s on the south side of town easy to find!

Stayed here over Christmas. It was great! They even had decorations and a small lit tree too! Hot tub and backyard was great and everything was very clean, definitely recommend and will be coming back when visiting again!

Perfect getaway

I loved our stay at this property. It was very clean, the beds are sooo comfortable. The host really has an eye for details,whatever we needed was there. I loved the decor too, traditional with a little eclectic I'd say,really nice. The backyard is fabulous, the pool was heated when we arrived,just what I needed for a little getaway. The neighborhood is also really nice and quiet.

Boat storage is deceiving, standard size garage door, low ceiling. Old cloged Shower heads. BBQ is totally broken, backup BBQ was dirty. Hosting Fees are excessive!

Disappointing review as my guest experience is of the utmost importance to me. The garage is as listed. I would be happy to provide ceiling height for any guest who inquires. Ill sure check the shower heads. I don't set the hosting fees, but I agree the fees are a bummer. The BBQ gas needs to be turned on to work. I wish I had the opportunity to address Jay's concern's.

The house is nice the area is nice. There are a few issues. The pots and pans and dishes are really worn out , the BBQ did not have any propane. The TV's and remotes were all messed up. A lot of issues are because people don't treat the stuff like their own. I would stay here again.

I was so happy my guests enjoyed their stay! If there are every any issues I have a team that are always available. I’m happy we could change out the propane as soon as we learned it was empty. I’m sure the remotes can get mixed up (I’ve never had a complaint there). My kitchen is my personal kitchen and very well stocked down to straws, corn holders, blender, toaster, bbq utensils, etc., etc. my team will check “pot and pan condition” I have never had a complaint. My guests are always my top priority! I hope guests communicate issues prior to their departure so I can make their stay the best ever!

Great place to stay in Havasu

We chose this property for the 2 King rooms as we had another couple traveling with us. The house was in a good neighborhood, close to all of the fun things we wanted to do in Havasu. We loved the hot tub and used it everyday. The pool was also nice to have and we did use it. The backyard was very nicely set up and we enjoyed sunrise sitting out on the patio drinking coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Sunsets in the front yard were amazing. Having the 2 King suites was perfect for us. Bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. The owner was very responsive to any questions or requests that we had. We loved the eclectic and fun decor. We had a great vacation and would visit this property again.
