Lower level has separate living room, 2BR & lots of space. A short drive to the charming town of Chatham & close to skiing, hiking, pubs and great restaurants. We are a pet free home, as this helps allergy sufferers that may be part of large groups. Quality linens & bedding sanitized after each guest.
This is truly one of the most beautiful properties in the Hudson Valley/Berkshires. The views are spectacular. Furnishings, linens, barbecue, kitchen and baths are all well appointed in a very simple manner. Three large separate living areas enable large groups to enjoy being together but also have some private space if desired. Warm and inviting with total comfort. ** Please note we have 11 beds and additional sleeping on two sofa beds- that are actually comfortable!. 2 king beds, 3 queen beds, 4 full and one twin bed.

Guest has access to fishing ponds, hiking and horse riding trails on and near the property. The Towns of Chatham and Hudson are just minutes away. Enjoy a trip to Albany or even Lee MA to the outlet mall for some fun shopping if you wish.
