Centrally located 2-bedroom luxury villa in Australia’s spa country

Luxury, architecturally designed spa villa with stunning views over Doctors Gully. Two spacious king split suites, each with private spa and ensuite with stunning panoramic views over the gully. Spacious outdoor deck for alfresco entertainment or simply lounging in the sun. Walking distance to fantastic cafes and restaurants, Hepburn bathhouse, Palais-Hepburn and General store.
The villa comes with wifi and Netflix, perfect for a cosy night in. For outdoor entertainment, stunning deck overlooking Doctors Gully with bbq and table setting to enjoy nature at its finest. Pet friendly but not fully fenced.

2 x Luxurious and spacious king suites, each with spa bath overlooking native bush setting.

Quality linen and towels are provided with option to refresh for longer stays (4 nights or more).

Gas-log fireplace and ducted heating throughout will keep you warm in winter. Split system air-conditioning to keep you cool at night.

The villa can accommodate up to 4 people. Comfortable king bed in each bedroom. The beds can be reconfigured into single beds if required.

Off street parking on the property, for up to two cars, which you are likely to leave parked given the short stroll to cafes and bathhouse.

Amazing stay!

The place was beautiful and just a short drive from the town centre. Hosts were very responsive and helpful, house had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Has everything you needed verly large rooms. Great spa large double shower plenty of room to relax inside and out. Quiet and secluded we had the best 4 days away.

Our stay here was perfect. The house was warm and set up well with lots of amenities like fire place, spa bath, speakers, tv and cooking utensils. It was only a few minutes walk to Hepburn Springs restaurants and bars.

Perfect couples retreat

We stayed here with another couple and we couldn’t have dreamed of a more cosy or inviting space. The property is close to town but still feels private, inside is beautifully decorated, lights are all adjustable to create a warm atmosphere, fireplace and heaters throughout so we were never cold and plenty of entertainment including a record collection! The beds were fantastic and the spa baths in each room were a nice touch that made the cold winter nights much more enjoyable. Thanks, we’ll definitely be back!

Spa Comfort

This is a beautiful property with touches of luxury throughout. Max has thought of everything to make you comfortable warm cosy and relaxed. The view from the back is wonderful and it is a short distance from the main street of Hepburn Springs.

Weekend delight

On arrival accommodation very welcoming, heating on, a light on . . . . lovely Beds are extremely comfortable and warm, outdoor view from bedroom spas beautiful. Feel as one with nature, birds chirping, lovely garden area out back and front. Just a wonderful weekend.

Hepburn stay

Great location and walking distance to some nice eateries. It is a shame some local cafes and theatre have shut down but enough around to keep you busy. Note that the bedrooms have sliding doors made up of coloured glass panels so you can see through to each bedroom from the lounge and other bedroom .It also allows light inside in the morning just in case you need dark rooms.Besides that the place is excellent with a great outdoor area and is very homey.You will definitely look forward to coming home and chilling out for the evening.Host was also responsive via website.

everything you could have asked for!

had such an amazing relaxing stay at the humble abode! had a vinyls record for tunes as well as coffee machine! what a lovely welcome package to arrive to which complemented the stay as we forgot to bring milk! enjoyed our glasses of wine by the fireplace as well as pop corn for movies! will definitely be staying again!

The process of booking this place was super easy. The house itself was just absolutely beautiful and it felt so homey, the second you walked in. 110% would recommend. Super clean and there were heaps of attention to detail. Everything was so close and convienient. Couldn’t really fault this stay at all!

When we first arrived, we were pleasantly surprised at the location of the Villa but even more thrilled at the villa itself. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated and really comfortable and inviting. It had all of the amenities that you could wish for and the view from the deck was lovely. We couldn't have asked for more. Even though the property was located in a residential street, it was really private and quiet. We will definitely be back again. We really didn't want to leave. The hosts were good with communication too. Thank you for an amazing trip.

Beautiful.

The entire process was straight forward. The property met our expectations. Two points of observation: two beds pushed together to make a king need to be somehow attached so as they don't part. Your cleaners need a stern word- superficial is not good enough in the current climate.

An amazing place to stay

Could not recommend this property, or hosts, highly enough. The property itself was amazing, we had a wonderful relaxing weekend set amongst the trees in Hepburn. And the communication and attention to detail from the hosts was absolutely top notch. An absolute favourite, and cant wait to return again soon.
