Super convenient to everything! The property was clean and accommodating for our large family. Loved having the game room space to spend time with the kids.
The house was great. The location was perfect. Right in town but the feel of being up in the mountains. The view from the balcony was great especially at night when you see all the lights from the other cabins on the other mountains. You don’t notice the lights from town. The kitchen was plenty big enough to accommodate cooking for 10. Definitely recommend and Cody always responded very quickly. We will definitely be looking to book again for our next trip.
This cabin has potential to be a good cabin. It’s big enough and has enough room. But if you want a clean place to stay I would pass on this cabin! I have never wrote a review but I feel like I need to with this one! We were in town for a Christian women’s conference. The first night we got there getting ready for bed about midnight, the main bedroom had a half smoked cigarette in between the sheets and comforter! How gross messaged the host with no response till after we got home, the basement smelled like mildew, not sure if it’s because of the hot tub or it needs to have a good cleaning! The cabin also needs more supplies, measuring cup, kitchen towels, towel, there was an empty laundry detergent bottle the dishes were not clean! Save your self some time and pass on this on!
The pool table was missing two balls. Several lightbulbs were out. Sliding doors were off track on the closets. The grill was a piece of crap it was too rusty to use.Transition strip in the kitchen was a trip hazard.Lots of items needed deep cleaning. It was obvious that the facility was owned by a corporation and not by a personal owner. Several trim boards had the nails sticking out on them. The remote in the rec room was missing.

The cabin is a lovely big size in a great location with lots of parking. However, we were disappointed with our stay. There was thick dust everywhere, the kind of dust that takes months to accumulate. So many broken bits of furniture, the toilet broke but we managed to fix it, downstairs shower didnt work properly. The worst part was the stained old towels. We had to wash them before using them, they had hairs on and stains. The hot tub was very warm but had scum around the edges. Everything needs a good deep clean, to be honest the whole cabin needs a revamp. Comfy big beds. 2 pool table balls missing and the table was propped up with cardboard. One of the bins were full, not emptied since the last guests. We would not stay again without a change in cleaning staff and revamp.
Everything was mostly great. Could’ve used a couple more pieces of silverware. Struggled to get the gas grill hot enough to make ribeye steak. All in all would stay here again.
Place was amazing, my family had a great time! and Cody was so wonderful to deal with. He was very responsive if you had any questions. Would recommend this place to anyone with a big family!
We loved the cabin! Beds were comfy! Fireplace was wonderful and it was so nice being close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be staying again.
The location is great! Saw a bear right out in front of cabin! Could have had more of a 'spring cleaning', but over all wonderful place. Had a few minor maintenence things (burned out light and lamp wasnt working) but left message and with 15-20 minutes they replied to us and were there the very next morning and fixed things! Was very surprised that it was that quick, cause it was a weekend, but they came in (on Sat) and fixed it!
The house has an excellent location. It is large but they need to focus on cleanliness because the house is very dirty, the bathrooms, the kitchen and everywhere.
Pigeon Forge is a good place to stay when visiting Great Smoky mountains. There are 1 bedroom at main level, 1 at upper level and 2 bedroom at lower level in this house. Jacuzzi is very good after hiking. The pots and pans in kitchen are not in good status, but usable. No hanger to hang clothes. Need to bring your own Shampoo and body wash.Customer service was good when we asked for extra garbage bag.We enjoyed the stay with friends here.
This cabin was beautiful but you can tell the cleaners are not cleaning it very well we found a lot of trash. The toilet paper holder on the main floor was broken with the toilet paper and holder placed on the back of the toilet. The hot tub could definitely use a fix up. But we did enjoy our stay just wished it was cleaned better.
Nice house and convenient location but there wasn’t enough silverware. We found a pair of socks in the bedding. One bedroom had some fleas. The exterior porsches were dirty.

Thank you for your review. All bedding is changed after each guest, no exceptions. We did have the room you reported having fleas inspected by professional pest control company and no fleas or any insects were found in the room or property.
The location and spaciousness of this property was excellent. We had a lovely time. I understand this property probably gets a lot of traffic and renters but it could use a deep clean once or twice a year. There was something splattered on a couple of walls and dust up high on windows and shades. Kitchen needs better cookware and flat ware. We were able to make it work nonetheless. Just commenting in case property manager would like to know.

Property was not cleaned properly before arrival. Mold in showers, dust on ceilings. We found a retainer on the carpet near the bed upstairs which is disgusting. There was a pair of hey dudes under the bed as you enter the residence. The power was off in the master bedroom upstairs upon arrival and we have to contact the property manager to find the fuse box which was outside. The refrigerator was leaking water. The property manager was great and very helpful, however this rental is a 1 out of 10. Everything is old and it needs to be updated and they need a better cleaning company for sure. Very disappointed with our stay. Upon leaving we were advised to leave the sheets on the bed and put the towels in the bath tubs which honestly made us wonder if the sheets were even changed before our arrival. As dirty as this place was, it wouldn’t have surprised me, especially with the power off in the master bedroom upstairs.
We were told the cabin had a charcoal grill so we stopped on the way to buy charcoal. Had to take it back because it was a gas grill. However, the gas barely worked. It didnt have a lot of pressure. Wanted to use it two nights but couldn't tolerate a second night dealing with the low heat. We had two other couples with us and it was very roomy and clean. A handle on the lower cabinet closest to the kitchen table kept coming off and we wished there was more seating outside as the seating that was there wasn't enough for six people without two of us having to sit at the picnic table. Which after a time, isn't very comfortable. Also, the right arm of the recliner is either broke or loose. I would rent again for sure. Just a few little set backs.
