It was a pleasure
The apartment is in very good condition, it was very nice and had a balcony where you could enjoy the beautiful view. So far this was the best apartment in this city, with the best price/performance ratio. Door access in the Lobby could be better.

Great location and price!
Definitely one of the best locations to stay when visiting Saigon/HCM. I would highly recommend this property, the manager was also easy to reach and communicate with throughout the process.
Note for those who's never been to the area for check-in: Tell your taxi/grab driver to drop you off on the main LM81 building, the residential entrance. It's located next to their hotel entrance on the right side (Vinpearl). It's called Sảnh Cư Dân. It's the same building as the Vincom shopping center, the entrance is on the opposite end of that.

Great location and awsome property!
It was our first time at this location so there're some info new tenants need to know:
1. Need to get your key card prior to park your car in B3 since you wont have access to the lobby from B3
2. If there's a dryer in the unit that would be great.
3. Need to have new towels maybe with Landmark 81 signatures would show your level of luxury
4. Speakers all hooked up but need to find ways to make it works.
These are all suggestion other than great experience. Will highly recommended.
