Misleading. Not what you expect....

Before you read any further, they use stock photos and have no control over what room you get despite clearly using oceanfront views in their pictures. The Resort front desk manager told me that lots of people have the same issue, they believe they will get ocean views based on misleading listings. When I called to discuss, the property manager couldn't be bothered to pick up or call back, opting to just email a generic message back. Great customer service right? Sigh. The Resort itself is nice. The location is very convenient. One thing you should know is that the building is 25 floors and share one pod of elevators so prepare to wait 4-5 times or so for an elevator that has room on it. Another thing to note is that while the pools are very nice you may have a difficult time finding seating as they removed a lot of seating due to social distancing. The beach is a very short walk from the pool and right off the boardwalk which is nice. Lots of places to eat nearby. I would recommend the resort itself but not from this company. They flat out told me in the email that they don't get oceanfront views but choose to use stock photos that are oceanfront. And again, good luck getting anyone to return your call. Nice property, bad listing company. Do yourself a favor and either book directly with the resort or stay somewhere else.
