Regal Beach Club 521 - Amazing Location - Walking Distance to Everything!

Welcome to Regal Beach Club 521, this second floor 2-bedroom / 2-bathroom condo is west indies styled and makes for is the perfect island getaway. The master bedroom is light and colorful with a king bed, a TV and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom is tropical and bright and has two twin beds which can be put together to make a king bed, perfect for the kids or extra guests.

In the main living space, you’re greeted by a cozy kitchen perfect for cooking and making drinks while on vacation. Furthermore, the elegant living and dining area creates a great space for entertainment and comfort, as you overlook the gorgeous garden whilst watching your favorite channels on the flat screen tv. Or you can watch the blue Caribbean Sea from your private, screened porch and enjoy the tropical sunsets.
For amenities at the Regal Beach Club a washer/ dryer, Wi-Fi, and daily maid service (except on Sundays and public holidays) is included to make your vacation stay more convenient. Continuing to Regal Beach itself, there is the infamous seven-mile beach perfect for swimming and snorkeling as well as the beautiful pools with loungers and grills, perfect for BBQs, and the serene, manicured garden. Also, there is a small gym and tennis / pickle ball court for fitness on site. Finally, there are also recycling bins for our environmentally conscience guests.

Regal Beach Club only gets better! You’re conveniently within walking distance of many restaurants/bars, a yoga studio, spas, coffee shops and ATM. Also, there are great water sports next door at the Marriott hotel, which by the way has amazing afternoon teas and Sunday brunches. There is also the stunning Camana Bay which boasts a lively waterfront complex where you can satisfy your foodie cravings, browse the boutiques, shop for all things local and explore the weekly Farmers and Artisans Market (every Wednesday), as well as a 10 screen Movie Theatre. Furthermore, there’s a Foster’s grocery store a 5–10-minute walk away for your cooking needs or you can order your groceries prior to your arrival for maximum comfort (please contact a Cayman Villas Agent for this).

This unit is not wheelchair accessible. Please note all Cayman Villas properties are non-smoking so there is no smoking in the unit or on the patio. Furthermore, no pets or loud music is allowed. Please also note that the beach changes over time, especially during the rainy season.

Dear Frank, Thank you for your review and I am glad you enjoyed the location of the Regal Beach Club. Water shoes are always recommended, as there are rocks and shells on the beach and in the water. The temperature outside in the sun is 90*+ so the Jacuzzi is not heated so that it can be refreshing. There is no 'Hot tub' at the complex. There is sufficient lighting throughout the apartment, and mattresses unfortunately are not going to be comfortable for everyone, as some like it firm others like it soft, so its tricky to make one mattress suit everyone's individual preferences! The toiletries provided at check in are what we call a 'welcome starter kit'. Regal Beach Club is not a hotel, but a self catering condo resort, and toiletries and soap can be purchased as needed. Perfect in every way!

Perfect location - Right on a stunning stretch of 7-mile beach, 10 min walk to Camana Bay via the pedestrian walkway, right across the street from Peppers (our fave go-to spot). We also had a rental car, and there were more than enough parking spaces. Perfect room - Immaculately clean, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, screened in porch, spacious living area. Perfect administration - The room was ready for us to walk right in upon arrival, the daily maid service was terrific, and the host even chased me down to the airport afterward, because my husband forgot a bunch of clothes in one of the drawers. Book this place!

A beautiful week

What a great condo, and what a great property! The condo itself is on the second floor, and is spacious, quiet, has a great kitchen, and a screened-in porch. The hosts have a cabinet full of books, puzzles, and movies, which we utilized during our relaxation time. Also, the pool is fantastic. The property managers did a great job communicating, which made check-in so easy. They were so fast to answer questions, which is greatly appreciated. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Grand Cayman.

Just what the family needed

Great location with beach access just beyond the pool and fantastic sunsets. The condo was clean and as described and each unit with ocean view from the screened in porch. There were several restaurants within walking distance. Parking was without issue and easy check-in. The only "trouble" we had was on day one with 4 towels sets for family of six; that was taken care of the following day when staff on-site. We were able to rent stand up paddle boards from a company at the Marriott next door. I highly recommend this location/property.

Beautiful views and Convenient for Families

I thought the property was beautiful. Before we came, we were worried about missing out on the hotel amenities, but one day we went over to the Marriott and realized we weren’t missing much & we were saving a ton on food and drinks with the kitchen. The nicest surprise for us was all the extra blankets / pillows, the small cooler to bring to the beach pool, and a very well stocked kitchen. The location is great for nearby restaurants, but we still got a rental car because we like to have the freedom to explore. No issues with parking spaces & we couldn’t even hear our neighbors in any direction.

A wonderful stay!!

We had a wonderful time at Regal Beach! The condo was perfect for the three of us and was fully equipped with everything we needed. Everyone at Regal Beach was kind and helpful at any time of the day or evening. While the beach has eroded it is still a beach and we never had trouble getting chairs at the beach or pool. The beach and especially the water is rocky so I would recommend swim shoes particularly for children. The swim with the stingrays tour is a must do for all ages! We stayed in #521. I highly recommend it. Very clean and supplies all your needs. Thank you!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. We loved having the two bathrooms and bedrooms and having a washer dryer unit (you will need laundry detergent) was great. Fosters grocery store is less than a mile. The Beach front at this property was very small which we were told wasn’t always the case but has changed over the last couple years . We spent most of our time exploring other beaches and our base camp beach was the Coral beach club just a short 5 minute walk down the beach. I highly recommend LUCA for a fine dining experience and excellent food and if you are looking for something a little different Lyods smokehouse was amazing. Peppers right across the street was also a fun environment and bar. We learned to get around seven mile beach using the public bus instead of taxis which saved us a lot of money and was unique to any bus system I have ever seen. The buses run much like a taxi as you tell them where you are going and they drop you there. The locals on the island were very friendly and helpful as well and we felt very safe. We chartered a boat for a day and Captain Vernon took us to swim with stingrays, starfish point and Bio luminescence bay. I highly recommend all of these. Overall we had a magical time in this beautiful paradise! Thank you for hosting us

All in all, I'm glad I went but wouldn't go again

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very little communication prior to leaving except regarding COVID requirements for entry into the country. I wish we had been told that many places were still closed, for example Rum Point and ****. Also, that not all water sports would be available, such as Resort Scuba certification, hang gliding and parasailing.Most places did not open until 10:00 am (which means around 11:00) and there did not seem any sense of urgency or motivation to serve tourists. The island seemed to be waiting until 3/21 when the Disney Cruise Line and others would begin to arrive. Also, awfully expensive for what you get. And the place is lousy with crowing roosters!

Enjoyed our stay at this property

This was perfect for our 1-week trip to Grand Cayman. We could see the beach from our condo so it was a very short walk - loved walking on the sugary soft sand for miles and mile. We appreciated the daily housekeeping service here and our property manager was very helpful in answering questions about excursions, taking the bus around the island, etc. Our condo was nicely furnished , including a washer and dryer, which came in quite handy. There were many restaurants and shopping within walking distance so we didn’t bother with a rental car. We always felt safe, regardless of where we walked or bussed. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
