Location and house was nice. The hot tub and back area was not clean and up to par. On my 2nd night I found Bed Bugs in the bed. I reported it probably and was not given the response I expected. I could not get in touch with the owner, I left messages and I contacted Vrbo and was told I would get my ful refund and place in a new property but that wasn’t the case I was only refunded for the 2 days I had been at that property and I had to use that to find and book another property not to mention I had to come out of pocket again in order to have enough for the new property which I didn’t get a refund on that and I was promised that also but after I booked they told me I was not getting that because the property I booked was not enough. I’m still in the process of trying to recover my money I spent and was promised. I do not recommend this property at all and I’m really disappointed in Vrbo because I’ve booked with them and have spent plenty of money with them and this was not a good outcome with my situation. I sent well over 1400 dollar plus pet fees in which I had to find another place for my dog to stay because the new property didn’t allow pets. So yeah very frustrating and disappointing. If you see this listing RUNN. SINCERELY ONE UNPLEASED COSTUMER
