The apartment is located walking distance from the Colonial Zone and the Malecon. It is in a very touristy area where there are many restaurants, bars, and historic attractions near.

Amazing Experience

My spouse and I visited this location a few years ago. The experience was so good, we returned this recent trip. The management and staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. We requested a microwave and shortly thereafter, a team member came up with a microwave. Overall, we enjoyed this trip, location and plan to use them again.

We booked this place because in the description It said It has 30min. Swiming pool. Washing machine . Working desk and chair. Printer. Balcony with sea view. Those facts made as book this place and not look anywhere else. When we arrive in the apartment, we noticed there was none of those. When asked the hist the following day, she said for the washing machine we could go to a Laundry and pay for It ourselves. That the swiming pool, what she meant IS that we could pay ourselves for a daypass in a hotel. The working table and chair and printer, we could use hers in the office downstairs. And sea view there was none. We didn't informe Vrbo, because we wanted our sray calm, It was a family trip. We where all the time in our relatives home. We went to the apartment just to sleep. On top of all this, the third week of our sray, she told my husband that we had to pay for the electricity. Not showing any invoice. I contacted Vrbo and they said we didn't have to pay, as It was not annunced anywhere. Vrbo acted great when we told them and send them pictures about all the rest of the items described and not in the apartment. We decided to leave the place some days esrlier, as the host moved to the building, we had to see her in the morning when we left , and in the evening when we came back. She had all her personal belongings in the entrance, recepción, stairs, etc. For over 2 weeks. And she was really msd at us, as we contacted Vrbo instead of talking to her.

La suite cuenta con una hermosa vista al mar directamente desde su balcón privado. El área de trabajo completa (Business Center con escritorio ergonómico e impresora) está totalmente disponible en el primer piso bajo solicitud en recepción, y el acceso a la piscina corresponde al balneario mas cercano (Boca Chica), tal como se detalla de forma clara en la descripción. Para hacer su estancia impecable, les brindamos de cortesía servicios semanales de limpieza profunda (no incluidos en su tarifa original) y les orientamos hacia una lavandería exprés a solo 30 metros de la propiedad para su mayor comodidad. Llama profundamente la atención que estas observaciones surjan únicamente tras notificarles sobre el consumo excesivo de energía eléctrica registrado en su unidad, el cual supera las políticas de uso responsable informadas desde el inicio. En nuestro residencial mantenemos un compromiso inquebrantable con la verdad, la excelencia y la transparencia.
