Our stone house 'Roko' is located in a very quiet location, about 400m from the beach, and about 400m from the city centrum.
The house has a kitchen with dining room (cooker, coffee machine, water cooker, satellite TV, internet wi-fi), three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The house is furnished for six people. Comfortable stone house with upscale amenities, satellite television and wireless internet. Air conditioning, crockery and linen, towels and a washing machine is also available. Parking is in the yard. In our garden is a barbecue with a large table where you can spend nice evenings. A lounge terrace is also there for you.

Beautiful house, well located

Very nice house in quiet area. The property is clean and well maintained with lovely outdoor seating areas and bbq. The hosts were very welcoming and helped to organise a tour to Kornati islands. Sveti Filip I Jakov is a lovely town with nice restaurants, shops, great swimming areas nearby, close to Zadar airport and well located for day trips to Krka, Sibenik, etc. We enjoyed our stay here a lot!

Such a GREAT house!

What a find! This home was perfect for us and in a great location. Only a short walk to a corner shop and a bit further to the ocean. Our host was amazing and went above and beyond with helping us with our requests. We asked for a bottle of wine and we were given one his wife’s father made! You will feel more than welcomed when you stay here. There is a lovely little garden around the back where you can sip coffee and soak up the sun. We will be back.

Einfach top!

Wir hatten wirklich eine sehr schöne Woche in Kroatien und mit der Unterkunft sehr viel Glück. Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet und besitzt einen wunderschönen Außenbereich mit Grill, wo man den Tag super ausklingen kann. Auch von der Lage ist es top gelegen und es ist alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar (Einkaufszentrum, Strand, etc.) Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und die schöne Woche!🌞

Charming place

Lovely renovated stone building with a great outside space. Facilities were simple but being near to restaurants, beach etc that wasn’t a problem. Željko was a very attentive, friendly host and a good communicator. Thank you!

Bien dans l’ensemble

Le séjour s’est bien passé, la maison est bien et suffisamment confortable. Petit moins, pas de vue. Elle se situe à environ 6 à 7 min de marche de la mer mais cela ne nous a pas trop dérangé. Quelques mini détails pourraient améliorer le confort surtout dans la cuisine (linge, couteau à légumes). Les deux terrasses sont un vrai plus. Les propriétaires sont avenants et disponibles en tout temps. Merci a eux! Sveti Filip et Jakov est une petite ville mais qui attire beaucoup de touristes en cette période de l’année. La mer est magnifique dans cette région.

Fantastisk hus, fin beliggenhed og helt perfekte og hjælpsomme værter.

Sehr erholsame Tage

Der Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Haus ist ein Traum, die alten Steinmauern kommen trotz moderner Ausstattung toll zur Geltung. Die Restaurierung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Die beiden Terrassen, mit Grill und schönen Sitzgelegenheiten haben wir besonders morgens zum Kaffee trinken, aber auch abends zum Grillen genutzt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es fast direkt um die Ecke, sehr praktisch. Sv. Filip i Jakov ist ein kleines, aber feines Städtchen, das alles bietet, was man für einen schönen Familienurlaub braucht. Toll ist auch, dass man in kurzer Zeit die Städte Biograd n.M. und natürlich Zadar mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Zadar ist auf alle Fälle einen Ausflug wert. Zeljko und Andjela, die Hausbesitzer, waren sehr freundlich und wir fühlten uns gut betreut. Bei Fragen, Wünschen oder bei Tipps zu Ausflügen/Restaurants haben sie uns sehr geholfen. Es war insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank dafür!

un séjour très agréable !

Une maison charmante tenue par des propriétaires sincèrement accueillants et prévenants, en retrait de l'agitation du bord de mer, pour un séjour idéal permettant de découvrir les richesses de la Croatie (Zadar, Sibenik, Trogir, Plitvice, Split...). Nous avons profité des "bons plans" du patron : une journée aux Kornati sur un bateau au format "familial". De bons et beaux souvenirs : merci encore !
