Beautiful condo near Arches

The condo was great! Very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was right across the street and an easy walk. The host was prompt and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect for getting to town and to Arches and Canyonlands! Would definitely stay there again!

Fantastic place for a family

It was a lovely and relaxing stay. Our kids enjoyed the air hockey table and the games and books at the condo. Definitely a better stay then at a hotel with kids. We enjoyed the gas grill and that the pool was close by.

Excellent condo perfect for golfers

Absolutely loved this condo, it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The check in process was easy, great communication and also loved the signs by the garage with a reminder on how easy check out is as well. We come down several times a year and hope to snag this one again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice place, clean and comfortable, good layout. Great night sky to checkout. Contacted the owner with a question and they were quick to respond. It was nice to have the garage to park in. We also spent a little time at the pool and jacuzzi.

Great first experience with Evolve

We have never booked on Evolve before and was worried about getting scammed but the process was so simple and better than the other common sites. The host was awesome. Love the house. Will definitely be booking here again and probably from now on. Definitely a 5 star experience!!

Good time in Moab!

Beds were hard and uncomfortable, except for the master that was worn out and you created a hole in by morning. nicer beds and this place would be amazing, the townhome was clean and in good shape otherwise, worked well for our needs overall.

Home Base for Family Adventures

Nice clean roomy base for our Moab adventures. Two pools and hot tub just 100 steps away. Big garage, comfy beds, well-appointed kitchen. Kids enjoyed the air hockey. We did leave feedback for our hosts about a few maintenance issues that changed our rating from a perfect 5 stars.

Perfect Moab getaway

We love Moab and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and well stocked. The linens were great quality in all the bathrooms and bedrooms. Beds were very comfy. Our kids loved swimming in the heated pool just steps from the front door. The home is quiet even when the community got busier on the weekend. We would stay again on our next Moab adventure!

Taking Grandma to Moab

Our communication and check in was seamless. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. Even the bunk bed in one of the upstairs bedrooms was great for an adult to sleep in. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of outside adventure. The location was perfect for our groups activity plans. A great stay. Thank you!

Nice Moab getaway

Good location just south of town. We were confused by the 4 digit address which doesn’t show up anywhere. The 5A6 address was what you needed to look for! Our host promptly answered our call about the exact location as well as promptly arranging a cleaning which had been missed.

Relaxing stay in Moab

My husband and I spent time in Moab, both working remotely and exploring the nearby National Parks.The vacation rental is just outside of downtown Moab, and it was a short and easy drive to get into town for grocery shopping and restaurants.We had seen some previous negative reviews about the carpets being dirty, however when we arrived they had just deep cleaned all the carpets, and the townhouse was very clean overall.There are two desks if you are planning on working remotely, one upstairs in a loft area, and one in the main bedroom.My only recommendation would be to add additional lighting over the garage. We arrived around 9pm, so it was already dark and it was a bit challenging to find the correct garage since they all look so similar in the area.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, and appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, and how close we were to town & the National Parks.

Spring in Moab

We had a great week in Moab! Condo was very clean and stocked with just about everything needed for our adventure home base. The kitchen was well stocked, and the 2-car garage was super convenient. The kids were pleasantly surprised when they found out the pool was open before the listed dates! Hot tub was wonderful, when there was room. We found that the hot tub is too small to meet the demand from the number of condos that share the facility, so you have to make sure to hit it right. This is a great place for families, as the outdoor recreation area is wonderful. We did find that the bed in the Primary Bedroom was terribly uncomfortable. My wife and I ended up changing up sleeping arrangements with our kids so we could join them upstairs to get some sleep. Other than the bed situation, we were very pleased with our stay. The location is great, as it’s far enough out to be away from the busyness, but only a short drive into town.

Roaches Drove us Out Before We Could Stay

We were in the unit for less than 5 minutes when we started seeing roaches in the kitchen and other parts of the 1st floor. We immediately reached out to the owner, and she was extremely dismissive, stating we were extremely naive to come to the desert in the fall and not expect roaches inside the home. I can attest that we have stayed in Moab multiple times and have never experienced roaches previously, and the unit we moved to that evening, that was in the same complex, did not have roaches either. The only remedy she offered was to contact pest control and hopefully they would make it out the next day. I told her we did not feel comfortable staying in the house with bugs while waiting for the situation to be remedied and also, with having very young kids, we did not feel comfortable being in a home that just had a bunch of chemicals sprayed on every surface. We were told that was our problem and we would be receiving no refund or credit whatsoever. Like I stated previously, we rented another unit, on our own expense, and had no issues with bugs whatsoever. This unit is dirty, infested with roaches, and I would not recommend staying in it or with this owner.

Beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. Lost of room and plenty to do in the are. Great outdoors patio to seat and have dinner with a spectacular view. Great living room to seat and talk about the day. Love the bathroom in the master bathroom. The owner was wonderful.

Great Spot

Love the location, pool access, fit our family of 4 perfectly. I did not receive Check- in info before our arrival and after a 6hr drive that was a bit of a bummer and had to wait on the phone for about 30 minutes for help but once connected the representative got me the information right away and was very helpful. We loved loved the pool and the short distance walk to it. It had all the amenities we needed. We would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable condo

Nice, quiet residential area with pool. Condo is well equipped and everything was in working order, including AC, which is important for summer in Moab. Very accommodating hosts, sparkling clean well maintained property.
