Enjoy your coastal holiday in this well-equipped townhouse just 5 mins walk to Wimbie and Surf Beach!

The property is set in a quiet, well-maintained complex. You will also have access to an outdoor pool and tennis court, which you can see from the large deck.

The townhouse has two bedrooms (one with a queen-sized bed and one with two single beds), a brand-new Bosch washer and dryer, two 3-seater lounges and two lounge chairs, large TV, a well-equipped kitchen with large refrigerator, stove/oven and microwave, and a large deck to soak up the sun. Close to shops but feels like you are in the bush!

Books, DVDs, board games, tennis racquets and balls supplied.

Linen and bath towels provided. (Please bring your own beach towels.)

This is an ideal place to enjoy Batemans Bay. The apartment is well located and has everything you can wish for. Alex, the host is so welcoming and helpful. It’s an absolute gem.

Another great stay in this little piece of paradise. Thanks Alex! So close to everything, just a walk across the beach to the shops and Surf Beach. Quick drive into the Center of Batemans Bay. A beautiful 2 bedroom apartment/ house with everything you could possibly need. Things I bring with me for extras are; a silicone spatula, the babies travel cot, beach towels, face wash and moisturisers/sunscreen and your clothes. Everything else you could possibly need is there waiting for you. We always have an amazing time and we can’t wait to do it again.

Great spot to stay

Directions from host made it very easy to find. Unit was roomy and despite being close to a main road very quiet. Had everything we needed. Looked out onto a great tennis court & the pool was awesome. A pleasure to stay at. Host very friendly and easy to contact.

Quiet coastal break

Alex's property was really a home away from home, lovely and spacious, washer dryer, dishwasher all the bits you need and about 5 minutes walk from the beach was lovely. It's a super quiet complex too you don't hear a thing, highly recommend.

Perfect beach stay with everything at your fingertips

School holiday vacation- grandies and a beach addicted 5 year old. Easy walking distance to a very calm beach. When we tired of the sand we then spent time in the well appointed on site pool. Tennis anyone. Well we had that covered as well. Overall a relaxing beach stay

Very comfortable stay

Great location with 5 min walk to Wimbie beach at the end of the street, a good location for the kids to run around and play in the gentler waters. Kids also liked the on-site pool and tennis court. Very short drive to Surf Beach, the cafe, supermarket, chemist and Chinese restaurant (you could walk if you’re feeling energetic either via the path or along the beach). Kitchen facilities adequate with definitely enough to get you by (just bring a couple of small spare containers/cling wrap for leftovers/fridge storage if you’re planning a longer stay). Complex was very quiet and despite near the main road, there was barely any traffic through the night - the cicadas were much louder! It was also a bonus to have linen supplied. Host very responsive and will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thanks Alex.

A little slice of paradise

Right from the get go, Alex was super friendly and informative. It made packing so much easier knowing that I only had to bring Beach towels, swimmers, clothes and my family (and some “can’t live without” items). We had our 3 year-old and 13 week old with us . We arrived, unpacked, had a game of tennis and jumped in the pool. The next morning, we strolled down to the beach, walked around the rocks to Surf beach, Batemans Bay Main Beach and bought groceries and lunch. Everything we needed was right there within a 10 minute stroll. This place is a slice of paradise, all brick and downstairs makes it super cool inside at all times. All we needed was the fans that are provided. Lovely comfy couches and beds, I bought the babies cot with me. The washing machine and dryer made our extended stay much easier, and because we were on holidays we washed up by Hand, however there was a dishwasher available. This is a home away from home With extras and it’s at one of the Most beautiful parts of Australia. Thank you so much, Alex, my family and I will be returning if you have us.

Quiet complex and close to the beach

This Townhouse was at the rear of the property, which unfortunately backed onto the main highway. This made the second bedroom noisey early in the morning. The facilities were generally ok, but the stove top was rusty, the dishwasher (at least 20 years old) stopped half way through the cycle (the requirement is that dishes are washed and packed away before leaving), old food left in pantry, including Vegemite with butter in it. Rugs on floors appeared to curl on the corners, which makes them a trip hazard. There were no tongs in the utensil drawer which would have been handy. I would recommend arriving during daylight hours as the Townhouse is difficult to find in the dark. A small carton of milk would have been appreciated after a long trip, as all Supermarkets were closed when we arrived at 9.00pm. The folder of information was not up to date, as the towels and linen were to be charged but on the Stayz website it is included in the price. It appears the townhouse is being updated, with modern touches eg, TV, and Tennis Raquets. As we were visiting Broulee, this was a comfortable and close place for this purpose.

I’m sorry the townhouse did not meet your expectations and you had trouble finding the townhouse.. I did provide detailed instructions as I was aware you were arriving in the dark, and was available by phone if you had needed further help. There is no extra charge for towels. The townhouse has many new modern appliances - Bosch washing machine and dryer, large LG fridge, large TV - and as far as I know the dishwasher is still in good working order but I will be sure to check it. Thank you for your feedback on the other things - there were tongs in the cupboard the last time I checked but I’ll check again. I’m glad you still found the townhouse a comfortable place to stay.
