Quiet retreat w/ private entrance & kitchenette.

We are an allergen free, non smoking and pet free property on five acres. This gives you a quiet retreat for your Florida beach stay. 10 minutes to local beaches.
This suite offers your own private entrance with a two car garage for parking. It has a king size bed and sofa for a third person if needed. Suite has a kitchenette. The laundry room is shared and has a separate private entrance. Pool is available(not heated). All basic needs for laundry, kitchen and bathroom are provided. There is also parking available for your RV, a boat or motorcycles. Owners on site. This property is allergen and smoke free home. No pets are allowed due to allergies of owners. No scented candles or strong perfumes. Drug free and tobacco free.
