Why they chose this property
This light, bright, sunny modern home has all you need to hide away and enjoy the peaceful surrounds, fresh mountain air and stunning views. Expect to feel overawed with the sights that surround you and get carried away in a magical sense of freedom and peace.
Enter in to the open plan kitchen/living, put your feet up and sit back in on the comfortable 2 seater lounge while you take in the view from all angles or watch your favourite program on the wall-mounted smart tv. Grab a book and catch up on some reading while you listen to the birds or watch the native animals.
The kitchen has a built in electric oven, gas cook top, and sink, with glass splash-back providing another view of the birds and mountain backdrop. There is a fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster, coffee machine and water purifier. All crockery and cutlery, pots, pans, cooking utensils and glassware are provided to cook for yourself.
Relax outside with a glass of wine or hot drink and toast marshmallows around the fire-pit whilst being mesmerised by the stunning star filled sky which is simply breath taking on clear nights. (Fire restrictions apply in summer)
Inside, the house is warmed by passive solar from the sunny windows, or by reverse cycle air-conditioning which also cools the house in summer, with remote ceiling fans to living and bedroom areas.
Please help conserve energy by turning it off if you go out for extended periods.

What makes this property unique
Our property is rugged and undulating and care needs to be taken 'watch your step' and shut all gates that you open.
For mobile phone reception we must advise that Vodafone receives poor reception in our out of the way location, Optus can be hit and miss, Telstra is pretty good mostly but why not see it as a chance to detox from technology for a few days!
If you are cooking meals in the kitchenette please use the exhaust fan over the stove and slightly open a window to avoid lingering food aroma's for the next guests in the small space (thank you)
