The house was well maintained and perfect for our gathering. Beds were comfortable and loved that the towels and linens were provided. The living room was great for entertaining. Had a good time and plan to return in the future.
This is our third year at this home for a family vacation. We just love the location and the home is a perfect size for our gathering. Deb is always responsive if we need anything! Thanks for a great stay!
A very nice home in the country. 4 adults, 4 children and our dog rested comfortably after our fun at the lake. Clean and quiet atmosphere; we would rent this home again.
This is a beautiful home with plenty of space for my family inside and out. Lots of thoughtful touches like nightlights in the bathrooms. The backyard is huge and the fire pit is very nice! Everything was clean and well-maintained. Thank you for a lovely stay!
The house and property where larger than expected. We loved having lots of room for 10 people. The fire ring is far from the house but its very nice and there was a table chairs and lots of wood.
This is our second time renting this house and we love the location and house setup. It works great as a home base to visit with family and friends who are local. The large family room is perfect for visiting and the extra table is great for playing games. Thanks for the great stay, we will be back!
The house is big and spacious. The layout of the house helps isolate noise from carrying from room to room. So adults could easily have conversation while kids played. Loved the living room! Perfect for 6 of us to play board games. Nice to have access to washer and dryer. Very clean and comfortable!
The back yard is great! The fire pit back there with the woods has a great feel to it. The pup loved the large yard to burn off some energy. Inside was roomy with large living room for everyone to hang out in. Would definitely recommend if the money is not an issue, just a little pricey from my experiences with rentals.
We had a family of nine aging from 3-83 years old. It was a large enough house to hold us all and everyone had sleeping room. We really enjoyed the puzzles and large living room during our very rainy stay. Wonderful communication with the owner/manager.
A great place for a comfort home base for adventures to the lake and other local attractions, easy access. It is peaceful and spacious with country charm.
This is the third time staying with this property owner. She is supper nice and very attentive to any needs. Her home is gorgeous on the inside and very well keep with a huge back yard to play.
Deb was wonderful to work with. The house was very clean and had everything our family needed for a weekend stay. I highly recommend this property if you are staying in the area!
Newly renovated, perfectly supplied with a variety of local brochures, puzzles, games, extra linens, towels, table and chairs. Outside you will find corn hole, gas grill, fire pit and picnic tables. Location is short 10 mins trips to most local attractions. Decor is perfectly simple with local antiques. Deb has great lists of necessities like groceries and restaurants listed on the fridge. I can’t wait to come back again!
This worked out very good for a large family reunion. Rented 2 houses very close to each other. The house had everything that we needed. Deb was very on the spot even when the door got locked and we did not have the key. A beautiful country setting for us city folks. Wineries in every direction.
Excellent stay! Would recommend for families and those on the go! Easy to get everywhere!
I would only warn that in current state the upstairs shower runs lukewarm, limiting the use of the upstairs, larger bathroom. (More in our party preferred a hot shower.)
Deb was very pleasant to work with. The yard was great for the kids to run around in and the fire pit was an excellent way to end the day. The house had plenty of room for our 4 adults and 3 kids.

I have lived in Ashtabula County all my life. I enjoy quiet country and the rural areas of our county. Finding and refurbishing antiques is my favorite pastime.

I love older homes and their construction. It intrigues me. This home is close to amenities yet quietly country. Nice neighborhood folks too! I live in close proximity too.
