New roofs, catwalks,balconies etc. The unit is on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool and lush gardens. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and full amenities. There are 2 Bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen) 2 full baths with towels and linens. In the screened lanai you can enjoy a meal at the table and chairs. Internet and SmartTV are included. Laundry is located at the end of the hallway near the elevator. If you like cooking outdoors, you can grill by the pool or in the garden area. You will have two designated parking spots, a Clubhouse/office area, outside shower and sauna. Close by there is world class shopping, dining, live music,golf, tennis and many more attractions.
