Indian Beach Sapphire Shores is a nice quiet residential neighborhood for daily fresh-air walks. There is a Bayfront park within walking distance to watch sunsets daily. We are a pet-friendly home.

The home also features two tropically landscaped outdoor patio spaces; as well as two separate yards (front and back), with the front yard being fully fenced. There is plenty of seating to spread out, grill and enjoy the Florida sunshine.
The home is fenced and gated. The driveway will fit 2 cars with additional street parking. Covered carport. Please be aware there is an occupied studio apartment on the property with a separate entrance and guests must respect their privacy. Backyard space may be shared at times. No parties and registered guests/pets only.
Boat and pets allowed with owner approval (house is 5 minutes to the Centennial Park Boat Ramp on 10th Street & 41). Boat must fit in gate and be parked in driveway.

We have instituted a policy of requiring a minimum of a full 28 hours between check-ins and check-outs in order for our cleaning crew to thoroughly clean, sanitize and disinfect the property between guests.
