Clean 3 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms and a large backyard. 10 miles from center of downtown. Washer and dryer available. Kitchen comes with refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and stove. Dishes, cookware, towels, and linens provided. Located near the professional ballpark, ORV/snowmobile trails, and close to Interlochen Arts Festival where they have many great concerts. 20 minute drive to the National Cherry Festival. Quiet wooded area that is perfect for having a fire in the evening. Firewood provided.

Super clean

Very cool place and not far from downtown, everything was clean and organized. Large backyard was cool with chairs included. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place at a reasonable price!

This was a great solution for my family. We were traveling with six of us and would have had to book 2 hotel rooms. Yes, the outside is not flashy and that’s not why we were going there. The inside turned out quite nice and worked well for us…. Clean, lots of room, two bathrooms, and a user-friendly kitchen. The owner is responsive. Oh and another big reason I chose this was they didn’t add 100 or $200 of other ridiculous fees! Thanks for a nice stay!!

Bayshore Marathon weekend stay

We were 5 adults four of whom participated in the Bayshore half marathon. Our stay was comfortable. We liked the quiet backyard.

Great house in a prime location

Had a little hiccup on check in but it was fixed quickly. The house is amazing and the location is perfect for getting in and out of the city. Highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

Family wedding

I came into town, with my family, for a wedding in Traverse City. The house was close enough to town, to make it easy to get around. It was far enough in the country, to be peaceful. Would definetly want to stay here again in the future.
