This spacious 1225 square foot unit has been recently remodeled. Well appointed, the owners have thought of everything. Amenities include TVs in all bedrooms, brand new full size HE washer and dryer, covered parking, and a new BBQ area by the pool.

This beautifully landscaped bay front complex in Bradenton Beach has lots to offer. It features a heated pool directly on the bay, along with a boat dock for boating and fishing enthusiasts. The southernmost complex on Anna Maria, the condominium offers easy access to Longboat Key and Sarasota.

Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of and small resorts.

Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, sunset dining, picnicking, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. It's easy to explore on the island's free trolley. There are convenient stops the length of the island.

Great Place!

The condo was has a great floor plan and very well decorated with updated kitchen. The location is great with the Bay at your back door and the Ocean at your front. Covered parking also is a Plus! We will revisit:)

Everything was very nice.

No issues, no surprises and everything was exactly as we expected, which for me is important and a definite plus for a stress free vacation. The property management company was extremely attentive and made sure any questions that I had were answered immediately.

Coquina Escape

While AMI was very busy during our stay, this condo provided a wonderful and quiet place to get away. Water views in both directions and just steps from the beach. Just wow! We'll be back.

Bradenton beauty!

The location is fabulous. You can watch the sunrise over the bay and sunset over the gulf. Both patios have plenty of seating. The unit is very large and very clean. Well stocked. The beach is right across the street. Beautiful white sandy beach. The unit has beach towels but you need to bring your own beach chairs. We really enjoyed our stay!

Coquina Moorings

This specific unit has been somewhat updated and is quite nice. Coquina Moorings is very convenient to the beach, Historic Bridge Street, and Long Boat Key. This unit does not have quality beach chairs or a good beach umbrella. This should be standard for a monthly rental at this price. It's not practical for many renters to bring these items.

Location is very good close to the beach, I have two little kids and crossing the main road is not convince. There is no pedestrian cross near by to the beach, every time you go to the beach, you have to cross the main road. The front bedroom is close to the main road and it is very noisy. They supplied very small amount of daily needs such as washing powder, dishwashing liquid and toilet paper. I would say it is stingy. Poor communication, when I stayed there, it was very cold at night I need extra blankets. I call the number they provided on email but could't get through. I emailed couple times but no response. I tried again in afternoon, I finally got through. For the price I paid, I can get better places near by

Great Place and location

Nice place, we lost internet a couple times. We could not get a hold of anyone after 3 pm on Saturday except for emergencies which did not include not having internet. lol I think this was due to the internet provider. The internet was fast normally. Wonderful views front and back. Waterviews are amazing. Easy to rent, easy to communicate with.

Perfect location

Super clean property directly across the street from a quiet stretch of beach. Convenient to walk to restaurants, shops but not in the middle of the crowd. The pool is small but so is the complex. Covered parking is a plus. The property wasn’t luxury but it was a perfect beach rental for the week. Bradenton Beach has a beautiful white sand beach and a decent selection of restaurants and bars and its just a short drive to Longboat/St Armand’s if you want more. We will definitely consider the next time we stay in the area.

Wonderful time.. almost perfect

GREAT location and two amazing views! Perfectly easy to enjoy pool and beach! Short bike ride to restaurants and shops. Worst thing that happened was AC shut off and wouldn’t cool unit. Left us with a few sleepless nights. Calling management property was not helpful.. was told “they would let them know” and I was hung up on. Also before going the management couldn’t correctly answer any of my pre-visit questions.. said there was no bike rack (there was), said no blender or beach towels (there were). They just didn’t have correct info. Very small issue but communication with property management was lacking. Overall .. wonderful place and wonderful time!!

Had a great stay!

My extended family of 6 enjoyed our week at the unit. My toddler son enjoyed the pool, and we all enjoyed going to the beach, which was just across the street. The unit was clean and offered good views of both the bay and the ocean on either sides. We especially enjoyed the balcony, which had screens so we could enjoy the outdoor air without dealing with bugs. I'd happily stay there again!

Beautiful Property in Perfect Location!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at this comfortable, clean and spacious 3 bedroom condo. It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy this amazing island. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock, afternoons spent in the swimming pool, and the boat ride which stopped for pickup right off our dock! My husband and I enjoyed long runs along the nearby paths, the farmers market and the many hours that we spent playing/lounging at the beach...which was just a few steps away. The newly updated kitchen and bath are beautiful as well. I really don't think there is a better location on the island!
