We had a fantastic week at Jon's place! The house was spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked. Having 3 bathrooms for our big group was a plus. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck overlooking the waterway, and also downstairs with the hammock and seating area. It's unusual to find a beach house with a big backyard, but this one has a big, grassy flat area between the house and the waterway where we could spread out and play lawn games. The walk to the beach was easy and safe. Jon was a very responsive host, and everything in the home was well-labelled with instructions. We booked the house again before our week was even over!!

Awesome beach house!

This was a great beach house for our family of 9! It was clean and had a well equipped kitchen for cooking. Easy access to the beach and pools. We loved the ICW view and spent a lot of time on the deck and patio enjoying that and the sunsets. The owner was easy to communicate with and took care of a minor issue as soon as we got there. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect house for our annual beach trip!

The house is situated at the end of the street, with a nice open lot that sits on the inlet. We were able to sit outside by the bar, and enjoy the beautiful sunset. The house was clean, decorated nicely and suited our needs perfectly. Comfy beds, a nice sectional, and big bathrooms made for a great stay for our crew of varying ages. We will be back!
