This beautiful new custom home is your ultimate luxury rental and is in the heart of downtown Austin. Walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and major Austin attractions like Barton Springs, Zilker Park, and Lady Bird Lake. The home has open floor plan with living, dining, gourmet kitchen, and views throughout of a jungle like exterior. There is private deck, hot tub/plug pool, sauna for two, yoga/game room with a kitchenette, ping pong, and large TV for movies. Fire pit & seating. The first floor has a master suite with walk-in shower plus a sauna for two and a guest suite with large soaking tub. The second floor has two custom designed/furnished bedrooms, TV seating area, and a shared bathroom and shower. On the third floor is a yoga studio/game room with a kitchenette, large TV & couch, ping pong table, bean bag chairs, and blow up mattress if needed.

Our family enjoyed your beautiful home! Had a fantastic dinner at Uchi, walked to Zilker Park during the day, another great meal at Terry Black’s BBQ, attended the Trail of Lights, shopping on SOCO, mini-golf at Peter Pan, and walked the Barton Springs trail. The family loved the ping-pong table, the hot tub, and outdoor fire pit!
