Sun and Sea Apartment offers lovely self-catering accommodation on a beautiful property in Green Point, which is conveniently close to various shops, bars and restaurants, and is a short drive from Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, Sea Point Promenade and its many beaches, Long Street and the stunning Green Point Park.

Part of a bigger villa, this apartment offers two bedrooms and a lounge area that doubles up as a third bedroom, with your own separate entrance, a light-use kitchenette and a little garden. The apartment ideally sleeps 4 but can sleep 6 people when the lounge futons are converted into beds. The one bedroom and the lounge is in one section and the other bedroom is down your garden strip, about 15-20 meters long. It is important to note that the entrance to the apartment is located mid-way through a flight of public stairs running alongside the overall villa.

One dedicated, secured parking is available for the guests in the Apartment for one mid-size sedan vehicle, or alternatively there is plenty of on-street parking. At the level of the main villa a short flight of stairs up but available for use by guests staying in the Apartment are a swimming pool, a braai area and a large garden with amazing ocean views.

Please note that the sea views are from the deck of the villa and there are no sea views from the Apartment.
