Our brand new guest house (built in 2019)is a spacious one bedroom, one bath with a bunk loft. Come enjoy our quiet neighborhood after a full day of sightseeing. Located 2 miles from downtown, 10 miles from Folly beach or Sullivan’s island, this tastefully decorated guest house will not disappoint! Guests will have access to the entire cottage. Easy parking in the driveway, steps from the cottage door. The backyard is shared with the main house. This quaint West Ashley neighborhood is seated in between downtown and the trendy shops of Avondale. STR permit #04191

There was so much that was great about this place. The location was perfect - right between downtown and Folly beach, but tucked away and quiet. The house itself is lovely - clean, open and airy with everything we needed. The host was friendly and responsive (they live on the property). We’d absolutely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The description of the cottage was spot on. Brooke was fantastic to work with. From when we booked the cottage until we left, the entire experience was so easy. The cottage was clean and ready to go, everything you could need was provided, and all of our questions were addressed quickly. Brooke had a ton of suggestions for what to do and where to eat in the area. I can’t recommend this location enough!
