Located on the 3rd floor of a low-density complex, this beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo overlooks the pool while offering stunning views of the aqua waters, sugar-white sand, and playful dolphins.

Step outside and relax on the spacious balcony as you soak in the sights and sounds of the Gulf — the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or simply unwinding with a good book.

Primary Suite: King bed, large flat-screen TV, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and its own private balcony

Second Bedroom: King bed, TV, and sliding glass doors leading to the wraparound balcony

Third Bedroom: Queen bed, TV, closet, and direct access to the second bathroom

Living Area: Queen-size sofa sleeper

This spacious vacation home is thoughtfully furnished for comfort and easy living, featuring leather recliners, thick new mattresses, multiple TVs, free Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Traveling with little ones? The condo includes a Pack ’n Play, high chair, and four fold-up cots for younger children.

Great Condo

This Condo was very nice and clean and was big enough for our family of 7. The view of the beach was beautiful and we all had such a great time! Highly recommend this condo if you are planning a trip to Orange Beach.

Family vacation

Our condo was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well supplied with all the necessary items needed. The view of the ocean from the balcony was excellent. My 7 year old grandaughter loved the pool. Overall we were well pleased.

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay! It's a smaller condo, so it wasn't super crowded and we got to bring our dog, which was a big plus! The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable.

A great place to stay. The overall facility is smaller than others which meant the beach wasn't as crowded as larger complexes. Room was very nice and well kept. Close access to grocery stores was an added bonus.

Great Beach Trip!

The property was great for a short beach getaway for my wife and I and our two college age sons. Everybody had their own bedroom, and we enjoyed the beach and the property, and it was easy to get supplies, restaurants, ice cream, etc all within walking distance.

We are from Hueytown, Alabama and have always enjoyed vacationing with our family and friends. We chose to buy a condo in Orange Beach because the area is so family friendly. We enjoy coming often to enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches and wonderful restaurants.

Why they chose this property

We walked inside this unit and immediately fell in love. It was so different from any other condo we had ever seen. The layout is spacious and the view is better than any we had ever seen due to the glass railing. We have small grandchildren and they are safe on the balcony because there this is not typical railing. Relaxing in the living room or balcony gives you the feeling you are sitting on the beach with the unobstructed view.

What makes this property unique

One of my favorite parts of our condo is the view from the kitchen and living room. There are three sliding glass doors in the main living space, the largest one is 7 feet wide, you can see the ocean from anywhere in the main living area of this condo. There are two more large sliding glass doors in two of the bedrooms. The location is perfect due to many restaurants and grocery stores being within walking distance. There is a garbage room on each floor so you don't even have to take your trash to the dumpster like you do in most complexes. This complex has just taken the work out of everything possible. The building only has 47 condos, so you never have to wait on an elevator or wait on a lounge chair by the pool. It’s just a great family friendly place to vacation.
