A furnished bedroom with a queen size bed, in a two bedroom single family home. You will have access to living room and kitchen as well. It's a one story wheelchair accessible house. Garage space available if requested. It's half a mile from HWY 99 and close to many retail store, park, fire station and hospital. No smoking, no pet, no drug. Only two neighbors in the vicinity, which makes it a pretty peaceful neighborhood.
