A great central location

We were able to travel to Huntsville, Spring, Splendora and even Bolivar Peninsula, or just spend a day here recuperating. Thanks for a great stay visiting family and friends Super value!!

Though the property was very spacious, it was very dirty. The space was very accommodating and family-friendly. We do appreciate that the light switches were marked appropriately. That was extremely helpful! The location and gated community were a plus! Unfortunately, neither bathroom was maintained properly. The couch was extremely worn out. It would have been ok with a couch cover or replacing the cushion covers. The walls and doors were also very dirty. The ceiling fan and TV in the living room did not work. The internet was also off. The thermostat was not user-friendly (very difficult to problem-solve). It’s probably time to invest in new towels and linen. Overall, our family gave this property a 2-star rating because of the lack of cleanliness.

Sunny Day Retreat

This property was conveniently located to the airport and very close to Old Town Spring. Perfect for Holiday shopping. The house was clean and comfortable with enough seating for all to gather and visit. The neighborhood is beautiful and has a park with a pond and play area for the kids. Great place to stay while in the Houston area.

This is a lovely home; great accommodations. The only thing that might be improved is the sectional, it has really deep "caves" that made it difficult to get out of! Granted, we didn't spend alot of time sitting. The property owner was quick to respond to my messages.
