Traditional stone villa in a peaceful village

The Holiday home "Olive" is a lovely villa in a traditional village Podpeć near Tučepi, on the slopes of Mount Biokovo with a terrace where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the islands. It is ideal for a peaceful family holiday in nature, away from the busy waterfront, and only a short drive from incredible beaches of Makarska Riviera. The house is built in a traditional Dalmatian style with a lot of care for details. "Olive" is air-conditioned, has wifi, barbecue, parking space, SAT/TV and it is pet-friendly.

Holiday home Olive is surrounded by woods, olive groves, gardens, and with a view of the islands and on Biokovo mountain, a park of nature. You can enjoy the views on the terrace and also pick vegetables from our garden.

The house is renovated in a traditional Dalmatian style with a lot of care for details. There are two floors with 80 square meters of living space. On the first floor, there is a living room, a dining room, a kitchen as well as a bathroom. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms with four beds all together.

The holiday home Olive is air-conditioned, has internet access, a barbecue, and parking space, satellite TV. The house is surrounded by flower and vegetable gardens and woods. A lovely terrace with outdoor furniture and a view of the islands provides a lot of shade for a nice breakfast in the morning or a romantic dinner in the evening. You can enjoy the breathtaking panorama of the sea, the costline of Makarska Riviera, the islands of Hvar, Brač, and the peninsula Pelješac.

Parking for up to three cars is available 20 meters from the house. Various restaurants, shops, and beaches are just a few minutes drive away. The beaches of Makarska Riviera are one of the most beautiful in the whole country. Along Makarska Riviera, you can find more than 100 pebble beaches. "Olive" is also a pet-friendly house.
