The pool during the winter is electric heat as well! Once you have caught dinner, grill it up on the gas grill on the pool deck. There is also a summer kitchen with a refrigerator to keep drinks and snacks cold. The living room has two large comfortable sofas and TV.
There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, king-size bed in guest bedroom, twin beds in the second guest bedroom, and queen-size sofa bed in the family room with privacy blinds. The dining table seats six and there is counter seating for three. Or take your coffee to the pool deck with table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances. Located on the island’s inviting and quiet north end (away from the hustle and bustle), this home serves as your home base while you explore all that Marco Island has to offer, from fishing, boating, shopping, dining, and family-fun activities. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you. Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit. Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that…. the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.
