Romantic country cottage located on 11.5 acres right along the banks of Cypress Creek. This property has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and features a wonderful deck area overlooking the water, The large picturesque windows bring in the beautiful hill country.

This property is a rare treat as it's just minutes away from the downtown area of Wimberley yet has privacy and creek access. Perfect for a couples getaway the home has a king bed and comfortable living areas.

Beautiful property with huge cypress trees, a lush lawn, and clear creek. The resident doggos Lola and Squirt were super friendly when they came to hang out a few times when we were out on the back porch. Close enough to town to be super convenient, but also far enough way to not be bothered.

My husband and I did a quick weekend trip to Wimberly and found this house, it was exactly as the pictures showed. We enjoyed sitting out by the creek for coffee in the morning and late afternoon. The grounds are beautiful and even saw lighten bugs at night!! Very peaceful and the water was clear. I would recommend this location and it is close to town.

Beautiful grounds — the creek is breathtaking and the cabin is very spacious and comfy. Serene and private yet couldn’t be closer to the Wimberley “action”!

We found peace and were so impressed with the private swimming hole. Several new birds found, wildlife observed. Super quiet. There is a next door cabin but there's a hedge and private porch. We would love to live there full time, but alas, we can't. Highly recommend! Just a five minute drive from downtown. Cypress Creek is perfect for a cool, spring-fed swim on a hot day! Thank you so much!We loved eating at Howdy Neighbor and Creekhouse Kitchen and Bar (reservations recommended).

Quiet Little Spot

We had a fantastic time here. The property was tucked away in a quiet little spot just minutes from town. We spent a lot of time fishing and enjoying the shade. The cottage was clean, comfortable and just what we needed for our getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was better than we expected. The creek and cypress trees out back were beautiful. Feather bedding and handmade soaps were wonderful touches!

Wonderful Getaway

My wife and I enjoyed a couple days away. The cabin is super cozy and has beautiful views. It’s located conveniently close to all the shops and restaurants. Only negative is we wish we could have check out a little later than 10am because it was so relaxing!!! Highly recommend!

Great scenery!

We love this place! We have also stayed in the Cteekhouse with family. The access to the creek is wonderful! Lots of animal watching also. The only issue we had was not getting a response back as to how to let out the awning.

Beautiful, peaceful!

This was so nice and quiet and beautiful. Thank you for supplying a kayak. I used that quite a bit. We swam and kayaked in the creek. It was just what we needed. The house was beautiful with all the windows and very comfy bed! Be sure to eat out on the patio at Chilis on the Creek

Cottage in a peaceful setting

The cottage has a great view, close to everything without being in the hustle and bustle. The owners are art collectors that have a taste that may not appeal to everyone’s decor style but seems to be a collection they’ve worked on. Our only complaint was the cottage had a stale cigarette odor to it which was unexpected since smoking is not allowed.
