From the moment you step into our gorgeous, light and bright villa you’ll see a view of the glistening water, and famous Land's End rocks from every room. Our ground floor villa offers convenience (private gate leading to flat grassy area w/ direct access to pool, and stunning beach. Literally, less than 2 minute walk from gate to beach!

Villa La Estancia is located on the white, sandy, **swimmable** Medano Beach, directly in front of the famous Arch and Lovers Beach in downtown Cabo. Estancia is walking distance to The Office and various other beachside restaurants. If you're not a fan of beach walks you can hop in a water taxi or regular taxi at the Resort.
This Large 2 bedroom/3 bath villa is one of only 2 in the entire resort with 14’ ceilings and includes a spacious kitchen w/ eating bar, etc.

Large patio includes wet bar, barbecue, table for 8 and lounge chairs creating the perfect entertaining space.

Villa La Estancia is connected to two other resorts. As a guest of VLE you'll have access to all the restaurants, tennis/pickle ball courts, kids club, and AMAZING award winning Spa. You'll be spoiled w/ the amazing service this luxury resort is known for.

Just short stroll on the white sandy beach to all downtown Cabo has to offer…including amazing scenic walks, the Marina, and an array of beachside restaurants and bars.
