Beds are all tempurpedic giving you one of the most comfortable nights sleep you will ever have. No details have been spared in this beautifully remodeled and decorated home. If that doesn't convince you, the brand new, pristine pool in the backyard will! Cool off in the summer or take a dip in the winter. It can be heated by request for a nominal fee and ready for your needs all year long. RELAX! You're home.

Would absolutely stay again! Great location Great rooms great pool. There was some street noise so be aware if you are a light sleeper but again the place made up for that with everything else.

What a fantastic trip! The location of this house makes it perfect for sun-worshippers! A south-facing private backyard that allows for pretty much constant sun all day, along with a very quiet and safe neighborhood in combination with the amazing heated pool make this a dream home! The house was well stocked with a decent compliment of spices, pots and pans, and such to help out with your cooking. The house was clean when we arrived, and getting a hold of the owner was quick and helpful if there were any problems or questions. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and everything was in very good condition. We really enjoyed the backyard, and were surprised to learn that there were a small group of wild parrots (rosy faced lovebirds) that were living in the mesquite tree in the backyard. The local grocery store nearby is very nice, and old town Scottsdale is a very short drive away. Out of all of the times that we have come to Phoenix, this is one of the best houses that we have stayed at, and we are definitely booking again soon! Some great restaurants to try in the area are San Tan Flat, Trevor's Liquors for their pizza, it's unreal, Velvet Taco in Scottsdale, Defalco's Deli, Aunt Chilada's, and Old Town Pizza.,

Soaking up the sunshine

My family stayed in this well-appointed home for two weeks. It is a great location and walking distance to Old Town. Hiking and golf are everywhere. There's also a nice park about a quarter mile away for kids to enjoy. The pool was heated and great!

We loved the house and the pool

The only glitch is pool in winter....it takes 8 hours to heat up...stays warm overnight thru cool temps...so we got in a full day after turning on heat 2nd day. Loved it...amazing house with lots of cute extra touches in design...

I fell in love with this property for it's amazing location with close proximity to everything, cozy vibe and outdoor space. My kids and I love traveling here as a family and riding bikes to Old Town or the Fashion Square Mall. There is so much to do and see all within a very short distance. It truly feels like home!

What makes this property unique

There are a variety of stores, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The outdoor space is fantastic with a brand new heated pool, shaded grassy area with corn hole, a fire pit and more! The interior of the property is beautiful and cozy with beds you can't wait to climb into. Great for families, couples or business travelers.
