Oceanview Maison Matecumbe #306 - Maison Matecumbe is an exclusive gated and private boutique townhome complex. This wonderful unit offers an open floor and three inviting bedrooms and three baths. The master en suite has a king bed, second guest room has two full beds, and the lower-level guest room has a queen bed. Newly renovated kitchen opens up to the dining and living room. The patio offers beautiful ocean views. Lounge by the newly renovated tropically landscaped pool, or on a hammock on the white sandy beach overlooking the Atlantic. Outside oceanfront kitchen, tiki hut and hot tub. Centrally located close to great restaurants, marinas, cafes and boutiques.
If booking more than a year in advance current prices may not reflect annual cost of living increase.
Many of our guests' re-book the same property on an annual basis. No reservation is confirmed until you speak with us.

Please note: before proceeding with your booking, kindly review the following information. This property is managed by a local Islamorada rental company, Freewheeler Vacations. Payments for your vacation rental will be made thru Freewheeler Vacations. You will also see a charge from VRBO which covers their booking service fee which is already included in the total cost. We prefer payments via personal check or eCheck. However, if you opt to pay by credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be applied to your rental. You will receive the Freewheeler Vacations Vacation Rental Agreement via email, which must be signed before your arrival. All future correspondence will be made through Freewheeler Vacations.

Beautiful unit; beautiful pool area. Unfortunately the beach and water were not inviting due to all the seaweed that was in the cove. Realtor was perfect to work with.

Beautiful

This place was beautiful! Everything you need and more was available to make your stay more comfortable. Sue, with Freewheeler, was absolutely wonderful and welcomed us in the loveliest way. The ONLY drawback was the horrible smell from all the seaweed that was washed up on the shore. The smell was so strong it made enjoying the balconies impossible. Other than that the property was absolutely perfect.

Keys get away

Very nice condo. Well appointed and stocked. Nice Ocean views and a beautiful pool. Kayaks and other toys as well. The property manager brought over key lime pie which was great. Unfortunately the construction noise was unbearable and we left two days early. The noise began in the early morning and included Saturday. The beach was also covered with sea grass and had a strong smell.
