La casa di Lorenzo is an ancient building dating back to the early twentieth century situated in the heart of Castelnuovo Calcea. The Red apartement is composed by a spaciuos living room with kithchen, a small studio, a large bedroom and a bathroom. From the romantic balcony you can admire the alley of the historical centre enjoying a good glass of wine. The apartment maintain its charming origins with its austere walnut's doors and ancient reddish floor in a bright and relaxing environment.
Perfect point of departure to esplore the Monferrato's hills – UNESCO heritage – the territory offers a wide variety of wine producers, beautiful landscapes and ancient history to discover through taste itinaries, walks on the paths of the great writers of the past and ancient churches.
La casa di Lorenzo is located few meters away from the beautiful baroque church of Santo Stefano and from the ancient remparts of the medieval castle, where you can admire a stunning view.
The village is very romantic and it is surrounded by wineyards, hills and ancient typical houses; Castelnuovo has everything you need for your stay: a bar, a restaurant and a small market a few steps from the house. You will be in the heart of a very popular foody area and within few chilometers you can reach Nizza Monferrato, Canelli, Acqui Terme, Asti, Alba and the Langhe's hills.
