Come home to this beautiful, cozy home located in a safe, quiet neighborhood in South Springfield! Close to everything you need. It's a Perfect home in every way in a peaceful neighborhood.

New floors, no carpets! 3 comfy bedrooms, one and a half baths, and a fenced back yard, for your furry family member, with a grill for those special evenings. A very cozy space, pet friendly, with two living rooms, and a fire place for special winter nights!

It is in a very safe neighborhood near international restaurants, hospitals, universities, shopping centers, Bass Pro, Aquariums, all in just less than 5 minutes away.

Kitchen has everything that you can possibly need! There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Mid-term and long-term are welcome! We have special discounts for weekly and monthly stays for you!

Place was OK

House was tired looking but ok for the price. Was allowed to use the garage which was a bonus. Front screen door was broken & patio full of leaves so had to clear that out to use that area but backyard was fenced so had safe place for our dogs to go out.

Yes, we did have a very bad storm in our area just before you arrived and we appreciate you letting us know about the damage to the door which we fixed right away. We were there to take care of anything you needed immediately, including helping you access the garage. The yard was recently mowed and cared for by professional mowers. We don’t know why you left a three star review when we responded right away to any concern.

Quaint, but not a Vacation Rental

Property was as written, no issues with the product itself. // The dryer lint trap was was broken and completely full, with dryer sheets and a tonof lint trapped behind the trap. // Dog food from a previous tenant under the washer and dryer. // Masterbed sink leaked, but was fixed quickly. // The shower is old and abit of a turnnoff, its clean but appears unsanitary. // The big issue we encountered was with the neighbors, from inappropriate attire for early morning yoga, mowing shirtless in front of female minors (even after being asked otherwise) twice a week (they must really like short grass), they even called the cops on us about playing music to loud, which was proven to not be the case while on the phone with the property manager. We didnt expect a party house, we were a young family with kids on a vacation and expected to be able to use the property as we would our own home. The neighbors made that impossible. Great location

Great location. Enjoyed our stay at this house and it’s convenient proximity to everything we needed to get to in Springfield. It has a nice big backyard and plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies. Nice place to stay and feel at home.

Not satisfied whatsoever

Rented from very nice lady due to son n law airlifted to nearby hospital and needed us at his bedside and this was close by. We literally only in house less than 20 hours when he expired due to brain trauma from random person hitting him and his pregnant wife with a 1 yr old leaving a restaurant. House was moldy smell not clean and when asked for money to be reimbursed she refused. This money could of been used for now a single mom with a baby and one on way especially since wasn’t even there to sleep at. Besides that highly would not recommend due to smell an unclean

Overall good stay

Overall the stay was good, there was a few issues. A stray hair in the bathtub, a musky smell. However I contacted the owner and she was very friendly and understanding.

Perfect Place to stay in Springfield

This place is hidden gem in city, it has great space to accommodate 8 people. Kitchen is filled with all required items. Back yard is nice to stay n relax. Property Owner is very helping and humble. We loved this place.

Cozy Home Worth It

The host (Magdala) was a champion. Although listed as a non-smoking property - the previous guests left a noticeable tobacco smell. Our host worked with us - even providing air filters. She stayed in contact with us and as a result we had a great Springfield visit. Property is in a fantastic location! Neighborhood is quiet and charming.

Needs cleaned

Unfortunately, I was really disappointed staying here. The house had a cigarette and mildew smell that was overwhelming. There were assorted hairs on the sheets and carpet, crumbs on the couch, a sticky spot on the kitchen floor, etc. We did a lot of cleaning when we arrived and I never felt comfortable or relaxed.
