House was overall exceptional. Accommodating and well kept. Only negative was the pool was a little dirty.

Thank you for the "exceptional" rating :) Sorry to see you leave a 4 star. We noticed the pool was dirty when we arrived to clean and called our pool guy immediately. It was clean when you arrived, but 3 days later dirty and cloudy. If you alerted us, we could have sent him out and avoided our first 4 star review of this property.

The hostess extremely welcoming and left a lovely welcome basket my family enjoyed! Many beach pool towels to use. Family loved game room! We had a wonderful time there with family celebrating our daughter turning 30!

Communication with this host was top level... We had to make some last minute requests and they accommodated our asks and set expectations. Out of the three houses I have rented near the parks this was the best/easiest experience... 10/10 would recommend and will be back

We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back. The home was spacious and had so many features our family really valued, especially the game room and the fenced-in pool. We also loved having access to the community center, which had two waterslides, a splash pad, a large pool, and a center with shops and activities.One of our favorite parts was the location right across the street from a large private kids park. It had a great layout for little ones, and the castle design made it feel extra special and fun.We also really appreciated all of the thoughtful supplies that were included, like shampoo, bathroom soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and even Lysol wipes. This is the first time we have stayed somewhere with so much provided, and it made a big difference.Laura was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. When we had trouble figuring out the AC and fridge settings, they replied very quickly and helped us right away. Overall, this was a great stay with excellent amenities, thoughtful touches, and a very attentive host.

Perfect for some rest and relaxation when not at the parks.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay here! Property was exactly as described. Clean, perfect space for our family of 12, and perfect location to all activities in the Kissimmee/Orlando area. Family/kid friendly resort area. The host was very accommodating and responsive to all our questions and requests. We would absolutely stay here again!
