Torviscas Mare Verde - The complex is located in the Costa Adeje area.

Inside the apartment has been comfortably furnished and decorated to a high standard, with good quality furniture and fittings. Equipped with cableTV with English channels and FREE WiFi. There is also a DVD/CD player for guests entertainment. Patio doors lead out onto the terrace from the lounge. The terrace is furnished with patio table and chairs as well as sun loungers and a barbeque area. In the lounge there is a sofa bed. The bedroom has 2 single beds. Therefore the apartment can sleep up to 4 people. The bathroom has a washer, walk-in shower, wash hand basin and WC.

Great location for everything. Lovely big terrace with sun till about 4pm then step outside gate straight onto swimming pool. All amenities in apartment good working order. Really good pressure to walk in shower, all in all we had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Great complex,cracking swimming pool running the whole length if the complex. Small snack bar on site does a decent breakfast.At first ut seems apartments are on top if each itger but honestly the way they are arranged gives you privacy. No lat time noise at night. There is securuty and complex office in site. Stayed for a month and it was very peaceful.Our Apartment was lovely. Ok the woid is dark and dated but hey, it was clean,comfy beds,washer,iron,hairdryer ect. Full oven, microwave. Plenty of utensils to cook with. Everything you needed to self cater.Wonderful large terrace easily fits 8 people. Sun lounger,large outdoir table and chairs. Bonus was the barbecue area. Jyst got a portable barbecue and your away. Great stay.

Check in at the property was effortless, the property was spacious and clean, with a homely feel, nice pine furniture, very large lounge and terrace next to the pool area, it was a nice quiet complex but not far to walk for the beach, bars and restaurants, We spent ten days here and really enjoyed our stay, would stay here again.

Mare Verde apartments

The apartment had everything you could need for a self catering holiday. Well decorated and large patio with lots of furniture. Nice resort which we wre in for first time and would certainly go back again. 7 pools and plenty sunbeds. Hope to rebook in future.

Great located complex

Complex located near to many bars shops & restaurants has a small bar which serves food on site.The Apartment has everything you need and the terrace has the sun for most of the day. We had an unfortunate incident whilst holidaying and the host was most helpful sorting out everything for us thank you for all your help and highly recommend this apartment.

The property lacked bedding so had to wash and dry the same day, the settee was really uncomfortable, the outside table had a hole in it covered by a plastic cloth, needs a new outside airer for drying clothes .

Im grossen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden.Die Lage war sehr schön.Das Appartment entsprach den Angaben,ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen(Bad).Violetta war sehr freundlich.Sie hat uns bei einem Problem sofort geholfen.Wir würden das Appartment nochmal buchen.

La ubicación excelente! A pie de piscina y bar, el propietario muy amable, tubimos un pequeño problema con el congelador que al no tener tapa tardaba tres días en congelar, y con el ventilador del salón, nos lo solucionó en 1 hora todo, el sofá cama no lo usamos los adultos, somos un poco grandes y gordi tos y no cogíamos pero lo solucionamos poniendo ahí a los 2 niños y nosotros en las individuales, pero para los 15 días que es tubimos todo fue correcto y bien, lo único que no pudimos usar los armarios, estaban todos ocupados, pero utilizamos el mueble del salón sin problema, no faltaba nada referente a utensilios, incluso había productos de limpieza etc, imagino de las personas que lo van dejando, hasta cosas de playa (nosotros también dejamos para otras familias flotadores etc😊) en definitiva todo bien y repetiriamos, Violeta, que fue la que nos atendió, súper amable y servicial en todo momento, gracias, lo disfrutamos mucho!

ruime woning met een mooi terras op het zuiden, en minpunt voor ons was het hoogte verschil van de locatie ten opzichte van het strand, enkel minpuntjes, die hebben we besproken met de eigenaar voor een oplossing voor de volgende huurders

We had a great time at this place

Location is convenient. Close to all services and the beach. Tidy surroundings and pool garden. In the apartment is most everything we needed. Original furnishing and old furniture, mismatched glasses and so on, but still cozy and suited us very well the six weeks we were there, and we have booked six weeks next year.
