Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
2) Place used bath towels in a pile in the shower stall.
3) Please leave used beds unmade.
4) Close windows and thermostat to:
Cool: 78 degrees in the summer /
Heat: 61 degrees in the winter
5) Turn off all lights
6) Please make sure all doors are locked upon exiting
7) Please empty trash into trash bins In the backyard
8) Please return any moved Items to their original location.
You may leave behind any un-opened grocery items.
(In general, please leave the house in a respectful manner and alert me of anything to be aware of - anything broken, damaged, stained, etc.)
