Great place for a large family. Plenty bedding, a nice sized yard for the littles to play. Plenty of folding chairs along with stationary furniture for everyone to sit and visit or for meals. The host is delightful, instructions and rules very clear and easy to follow!

Very spacious for families

This house worked great for us, the 2 levels allowed for each family to have their own space and plenty of room for the littles to run and not worry about getting into anything. If we are looking for somewhere in the area stay again, we will definitely be back!

Johnson lake

We were visiting friends that have a cabin at Johnson Lake. There was no room there and we could have gotten a room at a hotel in Lexington. But why have a room when you can have a whole house!

World's Fair

My sisters and I gathered to go to the county fair and also visit our elderly mother. This is always a wonderful place to say as there's plenty of room for all of us. My two granddaughters had plenty of space for their own privacy. Easy for us to get in and out. My son who is disabled can easily get in and out of this home and has a wonderful place to stay.

Rarely am I surprised by how comfortable a vacation rental is really, compared to how it looks. This home is so well-appointed and comfortable; it is the perfect family home for your stay. I really don’t think you can find better - the home is clean, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you’ll need to make a good meal, the bathrooms are spacious and well-appointed with towels and other necessities, and I could go on. Jean was a wonderful host, as well. I’m so grateful for her hospitality! If you’re staying in Elwood, Lexington, Johnson Lake, Bertrand or Holdrege, I highly recommend this home.
