Ski-In/Ski-out Resort located between Peak 8 and Peak 9. Two bedroom unit. Living room has gas fireplace and outside balcony. Full kitchen, two baths (one with jetted tube) kig size bed. Second bedroom has queen bed and queen sleeper sofa and kitchenette. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Grand Timber features free shuttle service to/from Breckenridge and mountain. Stay includes access to workout room, arcade; on-site restaurant; heated underground parking for two vehicles and 3 swimming pools. Check out the Grand Timber Lodge website for more details.

We have owned our timeshare at Grand Timber for Christmas week since 2006. We have enjoyed using a unit ourselves as well as being able to rent to others to enjoy the beauty of Breckenridge and Grand Timber Resort.

Grand Timber Resort is a ski-in/ski-out luxury resort located between Peak 8 and Peak 9. Runs can also be reached using the Grand Timber Free Shuttle. Shuttle also provides transportation to and from the village of Breckenridge.
