You'll have the entire spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath residence to yourself, including a full bath, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, large closets, and chest of drawers in each room. Fresh, new linens, bedding, and towels await!

A dinning room, relaxing and comforting living room, work space with essentials, and a full kitchen stocked with dishes, microwave, toaster oven, pots, pans, bake ware, flatware, Keurig machine and k-cups await you. We always treat our guests to a welcome basket with snacks and bottled water.

Clothes washer and dryer on hand for your use and we provide washing detergent and dryer sheets.

Key coded entrance for privacy and security. Guests will be provided a four digit PIN which will be programmed into our key coded entrance.

Great location in a charming town

Most pleasant experience overall. I particularly liked being able to walk through the interesting neighborhood, to several places to eat, and to the town square where they were several interesting places to browse.

Great in-town cottage!

2 friends and I were attending a wedding near Clarkesville and wanted a quiet weekend getaway out of it. This property was awesome, plenty of space for all of us to get ready, check in/ out procedures were easy to follow. Only reason for 4 stars is we didn’t know it wasn’t a stand alone home. You share a front deck with neighbors; however we never saw them and still had lots of privacy.

Cozy and Well-Appointed Home for a Relaxing Stay

Our stay at this rental was fantastic! The home is well-appointed with everything we needed, from the kitchen essentials to cozy furnishings. The space was very comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into making sure guests have a great experience. We enjoyed being able to walk to the shops on the shops and restaurants downtown.

Perfect place to Unplug

I am a repeat visitor & once again, was not disappointed! The kitchen is fully stocked with extras and the comfortable mattresses are a welcomed relief ( not always the case w VRBO rentals). The location is convenient to exploring N GA &, if looking for a seasoned massage therapist, contact Tasha Grand at the local Wellness Garden.

The Absolute Cutest Cottage

This home is by far our favorite VRBO experience! The home was well maintained and incredably clean. Its also the cutest cottage you can image! So very charming and perfectly decorated. We also really enjoyed walking to the shops and restaurants. The homeowners were a delight to work with. We cannot wait to return!

Very nice. Wonderful Location, easy walk to anything in Clarksville. Was very quiet. I would stay there again. The only comment that I would have (and it could be a positive from some) is about the street lights right outside of the bedrooms. very thin shades so the room is lit up. I taped Aluminum Foil on the outside of the blinds and this let me sleep peacefully. ( i live in the country where it is very dark!) (also - the scotch tape and foil were in the house! provided!).

Exactly as described. Very clean, very well stocked with supplies (kitchen wares, spices, coffee, sugar, linens, bath, etc…). We didn’t have to buy anything extra. Beds were comfy. There were books, mags, notes around the house, a resource binder. Checkin and out was very easy, communication from host was great. Quiet neighborhood right in town, walking distance to shops, restaurants. Everything was in working order (keyless entry, lights, heat, …). We would stay here again when in the area.

Great location

My husband and I had a short getaway before his basketball season starts. And this property was the perfect choice. We came in on Friday afternoon and found the property very clean and well organized. We sat around for a bit and then went to dinner at The Attic, downtown. Being so close, we decided to walk and it was perfect! We decided to walk back to town Saturday morning to tour the shops there before heading to grab some breakfast at Cowboy Bob’s. The afternoon was spent watching football and having smoked wings from Hawg Wild BBQ. We had some coffee Sunday morning before heading to breakfast at Yonah’s Coffee and Cafe and going home. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Place to Unplug!

First impressions can be your final impression and, out of the gate, the host and lodging exceeded my expectations. The location is convenient to the charming Clarksville square and the extras not typically found with other rentals included access to a portable blue tooth speaker! The kitchen is fully stocked and access to W/D was an added bonus. During the reservation process, Trisha was responsive and kindly checked-in upon arrival to ensure everything was in order. Finally, if interested, Tasha Grand is an exceptional Massage Therapist, who works out of A Garden of Wellness and a trip to the Mark of the Potter is highly recommended!

Charming!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming cottage in Clarkesville. It was a great location for day trips to Helen, Unicoi State Park, Blue Ridge, and more local favorites of northern Georgia.
